Close your eyes and listen!
Yes I've proudly and discreetly gave these speakers five stars, so let me elaborate a little more as I have read the reviews and yes I have to say it did receive some good reviews but there's always a few of them that have the rag or say something negative. Let me first point out I'm 78 years young and the reason I mentioned that is all through my life I have listened to and played with and purchased an enormous amount and I made enormous amount of audio equipment. I have a trained ear.... I'm a musician I played music my entire life I don't think a day goes by without me listening to music, I have a quote that I'd like to share with all of you (Music is the Soundtrack of Life) Music is a universal language it is NOT only with humans but even with birds, cats dogs you name it if it has ears it can hear and that's what I'm referring to as we all listen to music, it's food for the brain, it's food for the heart and most of all food for our spirit... It has a magical power to actually in gulf our bodies and minds. Now this brings me to the juice. I must've owned and listened to over 5000 different speakers in my lifetime and this is just one of many. Listen up Cyber Acoustics it's located in Canada I've heard of them through the years they're known for their quality of sound and design. I like many of you who purchased on Amazon have the opportunity to use an item or as I say audition an item such a speakers and quite clearly if we don't like them we just send them back that's kind of sweet. In my studio I have three Mac Pro studio computers, two of the other computers are currently using Klipsh and I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly I should have because my entire home movie theater has their top-of-the-line professional speakers. This 2.1 multi Speaker system with subwoofer has 92 W of peak power and then it's divided through RMS to level out the sound through the crossover. Yes the speakers the two left and right speakers are of light material and have a very very pleasing look and stature. I've played a lot of music through the speakers just to test them and let me preface it, all speakers are designed to please the listener, as I say the color of the sound how it's matched to all different listeners. These speakers are without a doubt very bright but with a subtle hint of soft blue along with the deep blue at the subwoofer I think you get the picture? I'm being very subjective and I'm sure many of you would say no it's got no bottom end at all and you would be wrong! Audio files people who listen to sound and I'm talking about true sound not boom boom boom boom boom ! I have eight subwoofers in my surround sound system my studio theater and with these speakers that I have you don't hear the sound you feel it right into your bone marrow. I'm absolutely blown away that they can produce the speaker like this with this sound at this price is amazing. Don't take my word for it, if you look at the reviews people really do like these speakers or this 2.1 multi speaker system set up. I've ordered another set as I have an Apple iMac in my kitchen that I use for emails or ordering from Amazon and corresponding with my associates and friends. Bottom line ! The speakers are a pleasure to listen to they have fine tone and transparency. I really don't think you could ask for anything more! So to conclude, when you purchased the speakers the source material that you listen to and I mean any type or color or soft media hard media Close your eyes, open your ears, relax and listen. The main thing is that they are pleasing to your ear, comforting to your soul and most of all communicate to your feelings and emotions it's that simple. I hope this has been a help for all of you as I really did feel that the speakers needed to have a very clean and precise evaluation that others could refer to as a subjective listener Purchase them you will not be sorry. Thanks for reading and remember enjoy this magical thing we call music! Allan G.

First speaker was horrible, 2nd one I got was perfect.
Speakers can have static at times. One speaker doesn't operate untill you turn volume up super loud. then it comes on. Tried to contact company by phone, but message wanted email with pictures of product and receipt from Amazon. Easier to just return it instead of trying to work with company. Great sound when it operates. Update 10-6-25 Changed rating from 1 to 5 star. Did contact company and all they said was to return it. I did and got a second one. Works perfect. Love the bass. Still can't believe Amazon return policy. Best there is. Just make sure you can return item before ordering. Got candy one time which was melted and non returnable food. Contacted Amazon and got my account credited.

Good value
Better value than others in the price range, discount ($69) or without discount. It sounds ok but don't expect anything out of those 2" speakers. It works when sitting front of it with lower volume, but if you step away needing to turn it up, it will sound horribly as if everything goes out of whack. The aux input is a great improvement over the older generation equipment. I had to trash 2 set of nice expansive speaker sets because of the 3.5 plug/wire damages. I think you can now get a cheap Bluetooth receiver to continue to use the speakers even if the plug or the output port on the computer is damaged. I do recommend this set, but without the discount, I would compare with a few more.

CA-3810 Rules! SAY WHAT?
Ok, let me explain. I watched You-tube to help me decide which model would offer the best audio for my Home PC. The CA-3908 was the perfect choice so I ordered it. I received the box by Superman because it came in very quickly as usual. I opened the Amazon box and in it there was a separate shipping carton from Cyber Acoustics with a couple of other goodies that I ordered. On top of the CA carton was a shipping label and my eyes only focused on seeing those numbers Model# CA-3908! Yay! No mistakes! I was still looking at the top of the box as I wondered to myself " Wow! I thought this box looked bigger on You-Tube because it comes with a massive subwoofer!" What the heck I told myself, it does say CA-3908 on the shipping label! I pulled out the carton and as I was lifting it up to eye level it said " CA-3810 6 of 7 I think. I couldn't believe what was happening! I put it on the floor and shook my head. It took a few minutes to decide whether I was going to open the box or just return it. I decided to open it. The satellite speakers were a bit smaller than the 3908 and the subwoofer was a little smaller but taller than the 3908, but not by much, I hooked it up and it was very simple and fast and it had that cool puck that controls the volume, bass, on-off switch, headphone and aux connections. Totally cool because I wouldn't even think about buying an audio system without one. This was the same puck that the CA-3908 has, awesome. So I turned it on and guess what? This cheaper version sounds pretty darn good to my ears so I decided to keep it! The Bass is not overwhelming but it can crank it out when it needs too and the satellite speakers are more then up to the task. It does crank out some good-ole-Grand Funk-Railroad (super heavy on the bass was what that group was known for plus the double drummers!!!!!!!) Anyway the CA-3810 was released about the same time as the CA-3908. It was labeled and referred to the smaller brother to the 3908 by Cyber Acoustics. I am impressed with the sound and I am going to keep it as it meets all of the criteria that I need in an audio system. Customer Service was very understanding and just refunded the balance back into my account. No need to rebox and send it back, just relax at my PC desk and just enjoy the music and play with the volume puck! BTW: The speakers that came with my PC were.....not up to standards and it did not have a volume/ headphone or aux in! Volume was controlled by the onscreen volume control and the headphones had to be connected to a USB port on the main unit. So this awesome puck which is next to my wireless mouse (just installed that) so that I can now also play music from my I-phone! Who could ask for anything more? As a side note; AOL did a story on how Amazon works. They had a slide show of about 14 pictures showing what goes on in their massive warehouses! Some areas were like 3 to 4 floors high with workers pulling orders and in every picture just about every inch of their warehouse was filled. It really threw me off when I saw all those workers filling the orders at their work stands! Logistically outstanding and I have a new found respect for these hard-working Americans! Now I'm not saying that I'm going to go soft when a mistake is made. They are doing their best, and I am not going to be as " vocal or anal" about the small stuff but for the bigger mistakes I will keep pointing those out....in a good way of course. Buy the CA-3810. It performs great, looks awesome and it comes with the all in one puck! Besides most buyers gave the CA-3810 5 stars overall while the CA-3810 only got 4? Read the reviews and make your choice. Aloha & Mahalo!

CA-3908 excellence under $100. (Updated to detail lack of excellence)
I have been trying to decide on new computer speakers for a few weeks and I had it narrowed down between these and the Logitech z623. I live in the Midwest and the only computer store that has speakers on display is Best Buy and then you can't really trust those because customers abuse them. Neither the CA-3908 or the z623 are on display to hear. So it feels like I was really flying blind. I did happen to find a set of speakers not in the box that were being sold at Radio Shack under the brand name of Gigaware that look exactly like Cyber Acoustics CA-3602. The satellites' stands were exactly the same and the sub's only difference was the brand logo. It made me think that Gigaware bought them from CA and sold them as their own. I found an outlet in the store and plugged them in and they sounded pretty decent in the store. This helped me make my decision. I figured if those are like the 3602's and it sounded pretty good, then I couldn't go wrong with the CA-3908. I also decided on these because they were cheaper than the z623s and I'm not an audiophile, it doesn't have to be perfect as long as it's good. Another deciding factor was the Logitech reviews mentioned sound loss after a year or two and I'm hoping for something that lasts longer. Bonus, Amazon offered a $10 coupon so my purchase was $75.88. Make sure you look under special offers for the coupon! I just got the speakers today and I'm glad I picked these. The sound is really excellent! The bass is not overly heavy or muddy - it sounds great! I have a big oak roll-top desk and the subwoofer sits on top because there's just not room on the floor behind my PC and UPS. I think that makes the bass sound so much clearer. It doesn't sound muffled at all. My daughter said she could still feel the bass through the floor even with it on top of the desk. The satellites were crisp and clear and sound so much better than the Altec Lansing I previously had hooked up. I could not take these up to full volume because they were just too loud! I tried every kind of music I listen to from classical to celtic to rock and everything sounds awesome. I have yet to hear the sound of a movie or from gaming, but if music sounds this good, then I'm positive everything else will sound incredible as well. I am impressed that I could get sound this fantastic under $100. Even though the description never mentions size, the satellites were bigger and a bit heavier than I was expecting, standing about 10 inches tall, 3 wide and about 3 deep with the stand. Their cord is about 6 foot long and come together about a foot away from the speakers. You can pull them apart a little more if needed to have more distance between them. The grills are removable, but I prefer to keep them on to protect the speakers. The cord from the back of the sub to a power outlet is 5 foot and the cord from the pod to the speaker and also to the PC is about 6 foot each. The sub is about 9 in X 9 in X 9 in with a good heavy quality feel. I used my son's skull candy headphones to test out the headphone plug on the pod and it sounded fine. Of course, your not going to get the bass out of the headphones like you do out of the sub. It sounded just like when I have it plugged into the headphone jack on the front of my PC. I also plugged my phone into the auxiliary port and played music through Google play. Again, it sounds great even streaming! The product description mentions an mp3 cradle, but that wasn't in my box, nor was the auxiliary cord mentioned in some reviews. I'll update in a while once I use them for a while. Update: About 14 months after purchase, I'm looking for new speakers. The static is unbearable. I recently moved and since I did, there's no end to the static. It did have a tiny bit of static before the move and after the first review, but it was not terrible. This is all the time and LOUD. As much as I loved the sound quality, I hate the static more. Run away from this product!

Take if from an Old Man- This system Rocks!
(You can view my set-up on the picture section) Yea, I'm over 55 years old, but don't look for no walker in my home or a Prius in my driveway. I grew up in an era where there were only two types of Rock Music- 1.) Hard 2.) Loud And you can hear them both at the same time when I pass by your house in my Hemi Challenger. So this is not my first rodeo when it comes to stereo equipment. I bought this system primarily for Home Theater. I already own a large 5.1 Receiver/Speaker system, but didn't want the hassles of all the wires this time. This is why I decided to try 2.1. And this Cyber Acoustics CA-3908 just kicks some serious butt! For music, (from a digital source), the sound quality is superb. Crisp separations of the highs and mids. No breakup, even at room-busting volume. So, when I have Amy Lee cranked up and she's hitting those high notes, I look at those little speakers and can't believe the sound is coming from them. The music sounds like it's coming from a much larger, more expensive set of speakers. The subwoofer is a real 6.5" ported speaker. It's not like others which lure you with a large speaker on the front but in reality, the sub speaker is some silverdollar-sized, down-firing speaker you can't see. And this makes a difference if you're watching digital movies. A larger sub can handle the sudden increase in volume (like an explosion) without crackling or breaking up. On Blu-Ray, the sound is nearly impressive as it was on my room-engulfing 5.1 system. Granted, I don't have the front/rear separation of a 5.1 system, but these smaller speakers put sound all through the room. I couldn't find a dead spot. Just crystal clear sound on a system that literally explodes during action scenes. And compared to the speakers on my TV? Those are a joke. They are like the old tin-can and string system compared to this Cyber Acoustics. Before purchasing these speakers, I recently posted a question in the Q&A if anybody had used these for home theater. I was looking for opinions. Cecil replied: " I like decent sound with my TV viewing and I'd spend a one hundred or two hundred more and get a decent soundbar/subwoofer. IMO, the Cyber Acoustics device is just low end. " Cecil, let me rebut. You're wrong.....DEAD WRONG! That's all I gotta say. In short, if you are looking for a set of speakers to be played off of a REAL digital source (not Youtube off of your computer), this set is an awesome choice, especially at this price. Grab a set, and correct me if you think I'm wrong.

1 surround sound system nor do I expect to sound like one, I just wanted a cheaper alternative to ...
Long review: I just bought these speakers and I will start of by saying this. These are meant for a computer. If you choose to use them for other things then you are not using them for their intended purpose and will not get the results intended by the speaker company. With that being said, I still had to give these speakers 3 stars, there were a few things that knocked the points down which I will explain in this review. Full disclosure: I bought this for my TV to have a “sound system” I know this is not a 5.1 surround sound system nor do I expect to sound like one, I just wanted a cheaper alternative to a $400 sound system. So I will not rate this in any way comparable to an expensive surround sound system. When I opened the box I was happily surprised how heavy the subwoofer was. This things feels like it is going to last. The 2 speakers look cool and have a removable screen guard (for those who care). The cords for the speakers are a little short, but again that’s because it is meant for a computer desk and not to be strung around the house. I had an adapter already for hooking the speakers up to my TV as there is no Optical for this nor HDMI, (it’s just the little plug in jack that you would plug into your pc headphone jack.) So for me set up took 3 minutes if that. I turned the system on and……….It sounded pretty dang good! It was loud, and the bass was booming and adjustable and it was pretty deep for such a small system. (I am not an audiophile, so anything is better than the cheap speakers on my Vizio TV) So if it sounds great, easy set up and has an affordable price why 3 stars you might ask? Well about an hour in is where things started to go downhill… I was listening to Pandora on my TV APP and noticed something sounded kind of…off. I got closer to the system to see if I could figure it out and low and behold, the left speaker was not working! Or so I thought… I got closer and noticed that it was on, just really, really low. So I played around and wiggled some wires and it just wouldn’t change. I decided I would play with the sound dial(more about this thing later) and I noticed that when I had the volume lower, the left speaker was almost off and the right speaker was still nice and loud, it was only when I turned the volume up to the point of being too loud that the left speaker finally wakes up and comes on. **THIS MIGHT BE MY FAULT** I don’t have a lot of knowledge of speakers so this could be something I have done wrong but I don’t know why one speaker would only come on once the volume is turned up to a point that the whole house is vibrating. (these speakers get crazy loud!) I did try these on the computer to make sure it wasn’t an issue with my adapter or something, but it did the same thing plugged into my pc. So I am blaming the speakers. The other issue making this 3 stars is the volume dial. This is a bit nit-picky I admit, but it’s my review of how I like it so yea. The volume dial is SUPPPPPER sensitive, im pretty sure a gust of wind can cause the dial to move changing the volume. You have to barley even touch it to make the volume change. Now because this doesn’t come with a remote (again it’s for a computer not a TV) you have to get up and change the volume on this system and my God, if you forget how sensitive the dial is you will remember quickly when the sound goes up! I do however LOVE that there is a bass control on this thing, and it is easier to use than the dial for the volume. I get what they were trying to do with the volume dial, it was just too sensitive. Over all I like the system and if the left speaker worked as I expected it to work this would have had a hard time not getting a 5 (I would have let the volume dial slide) Pros: Price: For $74.00 and some change this is a GREAT speaker system for the price for what you get. Sound: For the price, it is awesome for something meant for a computer. You can adjust bass and sounds better than any sound bar in this price range. The bass can thump and the volume can be super loud. Install: For me easy because I had the adapter for the TV (for computer it is plug and play) if your TV doesn’t have an audio Jack you will need to get an adapter to use it on the TV. Looks: It looks like a speaker system, nothing too fancy, but not ugly. Cons: Left speaker: Does not work when you want to listen to it at a normal level, you have to crank it up for the left speaker to engage, might be a defect or something I have done wrong but this seems incorrect The volume dial: It is so sensitive that you can sneeze and it changes the volume. It is too sensitive and you can really scare the crap out of yourself if you turn it too quickly. No remote: I didn’t expect it to have one, but if it had one it would be awesome. Not points taken away for this, just a con that it doesn’t have one. It would help the dial situation Speaker wires length: They are just too short if you want to use it for the TV unless you have a low stand for your TV. If your TV is up on the wall good luck with this one. I have a normal cabinet that the TV sits on and I am just barely able to get it to plug in from the floor to the TV as everything plugs into the

Excellent speakers for the average user!
Hi all! I gotta tell ya, I am quite impressed with these speakers. Clarity is good with no humming or buzzing. The remote wheel is fairly decent, but it is rather light. Unless I keep it on my mouse pad, it will slide all over the place. No big deal there. The subwoofer is awesome. For a package so small, it puts out a large amount of clear deep bass that is more than sufficient for my office. The speakers overall are clear and powerful enough to be heard throughout my entire house. The subwoofer is awesome for as small as it is. Now, it's no where near a theater sub, but for a relatively cheap set of computer speakers, I'd venture to say it gives Bose and Klipsch a run for their money. Why pay more? These get the job done, and unless you're one of those snobby audiophiles I'm sure you will enjoy these. I just switched from a 15+ year old CyberAcoustics 5.1 system which I'm sad to say the only failure was in the cords. The small sub that comes with this system completely blows away my old 8" CA sub that I just junked, and is less than half the dimensional size. I have been running these for about 6 months or so, and I have no complaints thus far. They have performed above my expectations! I do have a "wish list" for CyberAcoustics though: As I mentioned above, The cords failed on my old CA speakers. These are made the same with a wire from each speaker. I wish they would put some connectors on the speakers so I could just replace the cords if need be, rather than trash the whole system when it gets old. With the remote wheel, I wish it had more weight to it, and I would also like a mute button in the center. That would be quite convenient. Other than those two things, This is a wonderful system that performs beautifully for a very decent price. I would definitely buy these again and I highly recommend them!

A great product.
It was easy to install. The sound is great. The volume control is the entire top layer of the sounds device. You simple rotate it to increase or decrease the volume. It is a little too sensitive for my liking BUT.. it is very easy to rotate and acts instantly.

Nice stereo, sounds good
Nice sound quality. Loud enough for my purposes. Bass is good. Volume control is easy to use. Only complaint is the power on/off switch. I think a better switch could have been used. I find it difficult to toggle with my big hands and fingers.
