Is this cd sleeves 100gram? Would it fit a standard size DVD?

I don't have a clue about weight - package was in a clear (bulk?) wrapper, but they seem quite sturdy. If you click on "see newest reviews first" search for my review from 12/21/14 (as of today it is on the 3rd page of reviews) under Roger R. Stoffel (Wisconsin) for more detail on size - your dvds will be the same size as a cd, which stick up slightly over the flap fold.

Product details shows dimensions of 4x4", but CDs are 4-5/8". Is this a misprint and do standard CDs fit?

These paper sleeves are about 4 15/16 " Square. Any average CD or DVD will fit in these sleeves without any problems. Go ahead and buy them.

Are the flaps already folded down on these when you receive them?

No, the flaps are not already folded over. These sleeves are a bit thinner paper weight than what I've used in the past but they work fine.

Is the window covered with a transparent film ?

Yes, it has clear plastic so the disc is completely covered.
