Z Athletic Gym Chalk Ball for Rock Climbing, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting

Works amazing! I tried using gloves and i still couldn't grip the bar well. I hurt my wrist last week from constant re positioning from the bar sliding out of my grip. I tried this chalk today and my workout went so smooth on the Smith machine. I didn't have calluses on my hands bur the gloves didn't do much for me so going to stick with the chalk.

Upon receiving the product, I noticed some of the chalk was misplaced during shipping. The bag seems durable, but the misplaced chalk cause me to question the quality of the bag. Chalk in general is hard to contain so I am not giving my rating solely on the displaced chalk, but rather giving you my observation. The amount of displaced chalk was minimal. Maybe 2-3 tablespoons. I used the chalk to bench press light weight to test the affect on my grip. The chalk quality is good and I recommend using this company's refill chalk for your bag. I do not get clammy hands though, so I am not sure my experience would compare to someone who does. The powder is like silk for me. I have taken the chalk bag with me on bike rides to test its durability and I found it quite reliable. There is a bit of dust that comes loose but overall it remains contained. The size of the bag is also very easy to handle and will fit in any bag you want to take with you to the gym. The chalk displacement from shipping may have occurred due to poor packaging and might not reflect on the quality of the bag itself. I would recommend this chalk bag to athletes and I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this chalk in order to avoid having to use straps or gloves during heavy deadlifts. Before I purchased it, I always had issues with slipping and losing my grip when I was doing deadlifts with more than 3 plates on each side...even with a mixed grip. After using the chalk, my deadlift exploded because I didn't have to worry about my grip. After using chalk, my grip has never been an issue, and I can deadlift 4 plates without grip issues (decent lift because it's just under 3x my body weight). Also, this product came with two chalk balls, one of which I have not even used yet, and it's been over a year. I just keep the one I use in a ziplock and clean up after myself so the gym never has issues with me making a mess. If you do heavy lifts, leave your straps and gloves at home, and join the chalk/calloused hands club...it's well worth it.

Pros: - Cheap. - Its chalk, it alleviates sweaty hands, enough said. Cons: - None I'm an average dude who likes to go to the gym. if you're looking for something to alleviate sweaty hands when doing deadlifts this is what you need. It fits in a small Tupperware container and you can refill the bag.

Me preocupaba que soltara fácilmente el yeso y la verdad es que no, la traigo todo el tiempo en la maleta dentro de un bote (en el gimnasio al que voy no tienen) y el polvo que pierde es mínimo, pero al momento de tallarla en las manos las cubre muy bien con una capa fina y uniforme. Sin duda repetiré la compra.

Fantastic for the price, best is it comes in a ball of muslin-type cloth which guarantees zero spillage/wastage/mess and many more times of use. I use this on Deadlift days and works like a charm.
