It is impossible to convey the emotions of how glad I bought this book.It's beautiful, informative,well organized and provides a clear path to understanding your body.For me, it seems like it provided an escape to normality. Keto diet is well explained. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life. Awesome!

What a disappointment
I got this book because it had very favorable ratings and allegedly a "best seller" but I will admit apparently only in Candida. What a disappointment. I also bought two other books on Keto at the same time and this was the most expensive. What a disappointment. The only color in the book is the cover, the paper is newspaper quality and the advice is sparse and really common sense (eg, no suggested meal plan). The other two books are just the opposite and filled with information and recipes. I am truly not sure what people thought was so great about this book. It is notable that all of the pictures on the "look inside" are in color, not so in the book. I will be returning mine.

Poorly Written Recipes But Not Much Info On Keto
Wow well I am surprised that anyone would give this book 5 stars. Firstly, it is poorly written from the grammar (NO proof-reading obviously) to the recipes not being clear as far as measurements to very little guidance about Keto. Black and white photos not accurate at all. Shows wraps wrapped in some kind of tortilla or bread but then recipe says lettuce leaf! This is just some of the mistakes here. Turn with "tons"!!! Lol what are tons? You mean "tongs". "Cracked" in the eggs !! Lol how about "Crack" in the eggs! Many recipes have a large "C" which means cup over a large TB. Luckily I am a good cook and can use common sense to know how much goes into recipes. Someone with little cooking knowledge would have some issues here. Typos in many recipes. The recipes are okay, some better than others but not a 5 star book. Mr. Sandler needs to re-edit his book and kick it up a notch. Feel a bit ripped off here but I have used a few recipes and it served it's purpose. If you are wanting info on how to understand Keto this book is NOT it.

Easy to follow, easy to read
I've been following Keto Connect for a long time so I when I heard they were turning out with a cookbook I right away preordered it. I've inspected a couple of 'essential Keto' cookbooks yet this book agreeably straddles the line between doltish clear and totally scrumptious. With this cookbook I have a propensity that I'll be able to remain on track with keto without being bound to characterless chicken and broccoli dinners. After every one of the an uncommon creation from the maker. Good cookbook! Well done!

Can’t figure out the recipe measurements!
Can someone please tell me what these symbols are supposed to mean??! Never have seen anything like this in a cookbook! So far disappointed in this book didn’t know I would have to figure out what an “x” and some odd symbol measurement is! Can’t follow the recipe if I do not know the measurements.

even though it’s a smaller cookbook, I know I will use it more than any of her other cookbooks. I’ve made the salsa verde and it is to die for. The chickpeas I can’t stop eating. the recipes all look so inviting, fast and easy. I am a huge fan of the airfryer and this book is a TRUE hit! I love it!

Sometimes I just want to make meals for two people, so I like this cookbook for focusing just on those kinds of dishes. It starts with a quick, clear introduction to keto and the recommended foods. There is plenty to choose from without feeling deprived of anything. For example, I love zucchini bread, so the vegetable keto bread with pumpkin and zucchini is perfect for those cravings. Many recipes are quick (under 30 minutes) and use ingredients that are easy to find and add a lot of delicious flavor and textures. There are even some vegan options that are labeled as such. These keto meals and snacks bring variety and a different twist to the same old repertoire of meals for two Author done a great work on this keto diet for begginers book

This book is amazing, I have only positive emotions. This book is so helpful! It's informative and guides you in the right direction by giving you recipes and the shopping lists to go with all the ingredients each meal requires. It has helped me stay on track during my keto diet journey. And that is why I recommend this book to you, it is gorgeous.
