Items arrived quickly and the order was complete. Everything needed was included. My husband was able to change out the wheels of my suitcase in a fairly short time. The fit was good, and the suitcase rolls as good as ever. Seems like a good quality product. Will have to see how well they hold up over time.

It is a pain getting the old wheels off, but these worked like a charm. I replaced all 12 wheels on a three piece luggage set. I used a saws all to cut the old axles off and it just took a few minutes per suitcase. Drilling out the end of the axle didn't work at all. Just make sure to measure carefully to make sure they will fit your suitcase.

Had to drill out old wheels but easy to install and they work great. Suitcase just like brand new and ball bearings are very sturdy

Had my luggage wheel broken and though of replacing the luggage itself. Came across these wheels, they come with all that is needed for replacement and was not that hard to replace. Post replacement I did even try a international multi flight trip and the wheels did hold strong. Happy with my purchase.

Purrrrfect for my cat wheelchair I am building for a rescued kitty! They're super quiet, durable and move very easy when they roll. I will probably be buying them again soon because I have several other requests for wheelchairs, but I cannot afford that and neither can the rescues. Grateful they come with the hardware too..

Great quality wheels. I got 45mm, should have picked 50, oh well. Next I realized that the heads on the axle and screw wouldn’t seat on the wheel frame (this is an old Delsey hard case). That was a showstopper because I couldn’t tighten the screw down without tightening the plastic frame into the wheel itself. But then inspiration struck. Went to Home Depot and got some 10-32 stainless machine screws. The axles are fully threaded so I got 3/4” so I don’t have to worry about them unscrewing (1/2 would be fine, the last quarter inch was tough to tighten down so it will hold forever but it was some work). The screw head was small enough to fit in the inset and the longer axles were the perfect length. They roll perfectly and passed my wife’s inspection (sometimes my projects are not suitable for public viewing :)). I hacksawed the old axles off. It took me 1 hour for the first wheel including figuring out the screw situation. 10 minutes a wheel after that. 5/2025 update - the other two wheels went. I replaced them in about 20 minutes and the bag is rolling like new.

Nice quality wheels but we were supposed to get 4 Axles of 33mm and 4 of 36mm / 1.42". Instead we received 8 x 36 mm axles. We need the 33 mm axles. You can see in the picture that the axle sticks out a bit

I needed to replace a broken suitcase wheel. Very happy with these wheels and the hardware. Work and look great !

Worked well but requires some elbow grease to remove the old wheels. I had to drill out the old shafts while at the same time trying to keep the drill bit from melting the caster supports. But once removed, the new hardware was installed easily. The kit included two Allen keys and two sets of axles (different lengths) to fit variances in casters. Plus several spare bolts were included just in case. A nice touch.
