Great cable managment track
I am a bit of a cable management nut. I have tried many different strategies for managing the assortment of cables under my desk and nothing worked until I found this cable raceway. This cable raceway is well built and long enough to cover a large desk. In order to make use of the track you will need to pre plan ahead how you are going to manage the cables and route them under your desk. Once you have a good idea of how many cables and roughly where they will be in relation to the track you can stick the track under the desk. The sticky tape it comes with is very strong and I have had no issues with it since installing. Just know once you put it on, taking it off will result in needed to purchase another 3m double sided sticky tape. I mounted my surge protector and all power bricks under my desk using a double sided thick tape. I routed all the cables through the channel and now the mess under my desk is non existent. There will still be some cables showing however as you look at the photos you can see how much cleaner and organized everything looks. Great simple product.

Great Quality Does The Job Well
Hello Everyone, To start off my review I just wanted to mention that this product was not provided to me at a discount or free and I purchased it with my own funds. ========================================================================================================= Price Point ========= This raceway comes in at $15.00 and in relation to the quality of what you're getting I would say this is a bit over priced. If you could find the same quality in a cheaper product than I recommend going with that one. =================================================================================================== So what comes inside the box? ======================= (1x) J Channel Cable Raceway - 48" Length ========================================== The Quality =========================== The cable raceway is made of a hard and durable plastic. It has tiny in-line grooves embedded all around it. It feels as if it was quality-made but for the price tag I think its too much, it is just a long piece of plastic. The adhesive on the back is from 3M which is the most common brand when it comes to double sided tape and it really stays in place once you put it on a surface that's recommended such as wood or metal. ========================================================================================================== Functionality ========= This raceway helps immensely with wire organization. I use it with multiple wires from my dual monitor's power supply cables, my mechanical keyboard's braided fiber cable, HD Web cam cord, speaker cables, and lastly my Amazon Echo Dot cable. All these cables fit nicely and do not impede the adhesive from staying strong. ==================================================== My Opinion ----------------- I will say that I really like the utility that this cable organizer has brought to my desk set-up. The only thing for me is that I feel it's over priced for a piece of plastic. I do think with a bit of ingenuity one could make a wire organizer themselves without spending this much leaving you room to get other things you need. My Verdict is get this if you want a quick and easy solution to organizing any type of wire or cable mess , if not look up a DIY and make one. I took the easy way out and I like the end result, just wish it would be cheaper. P.S. - It's a really hard plastic so if you need to cut it be prepared. Nice product! As others said
Nice product! As others said, it is indeed easy to setup and configure as there are detailed instructions. It boosted the signal pretty good both for a PC and mobile phone. I took one star off as there is no information about the manufacturer or the website where a firmware upgrade file can be downloaded. The manual says download "from our website", but none is provided, that's odd! When I searched by the device name, "WF8500", I found only a closely related (by item name) Samsung washing machine and Epson printer in top results... When I attempted to go to slopehill.com (the Amazon seller "slopehill"), this web address was not valid (actually listed for sale), so it must be not the manufacturer name. No clue from the item itself, its box, enclosed instructions or description on its Amazon web page. Fortunately, a firmware upgrade is optional step, and the WiFi signal was boosted already. There was a couple of other minor issues. 1) The Installation Guide says that before starting, check if there's anything missing in the package, and contact your dealer of purchase to claim for missing items: 1xWiteless-N Repeater, 1x RJ-45 Networking Cable, 1x Quick Installation Guide. RJ-45 cable was not included, but I don't see on the Amazon product description page. This option (using a a cable) is optional, and you can configure a new network wirelessly, or use your own RJ-45 cable, but the Guide seems outdated as is. Ok, the repeater is cheap already, fair enough :-) 2) There is a "USB charging interface" on the Repeater from both the Amazon product page and Installation Guide, but it's function is not described. I presume it is not required for charging the device, but possibly provides an option to connect to a USB port to power this Repeater if there is no AC outlet? 3) The Amazon product description listed 2 other features - "Guest Mode" and "Fast Charge", but these are not addressed in the Quick Installation Guide (and no website address as I mentioned above).Within our apartment we lose signal in one of the back bedrooms which just happens to be the master bedroom. This obviously creates issues if we want to watch YouTube while laying in bed which is why I wanted to get a Wifi extender to see if we could boost the signal. Upon plugging the booster in and running a speed test we saw great improvements in both upload and download speeds in that room. Purchased this wifi extender to help get a stronger connection for our skybell wireless doorbell. We were getting laggy videos and slow alerts when we had a recorded video. My husband purchased this wifi repeater to hopefully get the skybell functioning at at least 85-90% for better videos and faster alerts. My husband was able to set up the repeater as an extender very easily. The instructions are easy to follow and within 30 minutes we had it completely set up and plugged into the outlet nearest the skybell, we are now getting 92%. We tested the videos and alerts and all are working as the should. Before getting this extender we were thinking of returning the skybell. This extender was what we needed to complete the doorbell upgrade at a great price. I recommend this repeater to anyone needing an extender or access point to add to their existing wireless network. You won't be disappointed.

Best Way to Cable Manage a Desk
This is by far one of the best purchases iโve made regarding my desk area. It made it extremely easy to cable manage so that I donโt have a bunch of loose cables hanging from behind my desk. The adhesion is great and in the couple months iโve had it, itโs still very sturdy and thereโs no signs of it failing any time soon. I was very surprised by how many cables you can actually fit into this one channel, it completely took care of all the cables I had. I would 100% buy this product again and I recommend it to EVERYONE looking to clean up their desk area a bit. You will not regret it. Iโve included a picture of the area under my desk to show just how effective this product is. This was done with JUST the channel, no zipties or anything else.

Like, my right monitor's DVI cable goes right out ...
You can find a similar item at Ikea for less, but it isn't as minimalistic and clean as this. I have a 60" desk with 3 monitors, mouse and keyboard. All the cables fit in the track, but I really wish there were slits throughout the thing to slide cables in that aren't on the ends. Like, my right monitor's DVI cable goes right out of the screen and into the right end of the track to travel to the left side of the track because that is where my tower is. The middle screen DVI cable can't easily enter the track at the middle. Neither can my mouse or keyboard. Probably going to take a hacksaw to it and make some slits to fit my needs. Also the adhesive isn't that strong in my case. Attaching it to distressed reclaim wood isn't easy. Bought three tiny wood screws to solve the problem. Overall it is great and barely noticeable unless you crawl under the desk. May have to tweak it to fit your needs.

A Solid Choice for Cable Management
I bought this cable raceway after watching many a YouTube video detailing cable management that really cleans up the look of complex computer setups. I think we all can agree that wires are not attractive. Okay, the one exception may be the EarPods versus the AirPods, where the latter is actually the worse of two evils asthetically speaking. Regardless, computer cables are hideous. This cable raceway is a significant component to ridding yourself of cable spaghetti as it enables you to simultaneously hide all wiring under a desk while providing support for such wires from end to end. This particular raceway has thick plastic, so donโt go in thinking a knife or scissors will do the trick if you need to cut it down to size. Additionally, the adhesive may appear weak, but itโs held a full load for me for many months up to now. One negative I encountered is that the raceway comes in a long box with no interior packaging, which resulted in my initial shipment being returned due to the double sided tape separating from the plastic. Amazon was quick to send a replacement and it worked out fine. The packaging needs work to ensure the product is delivered without damage, but the product itself is excellent. I highly recommend you pick one up if youโre looking to clean up the look of your setup. Update 6/2019: The packaging has been updated so it comes in a box within a box. That was a smart move and should all but eliminate damage during delivery.

Product Could Use Some Modifications
If you just wanted a long thin raceway that you will probably never replace, then this product is for you (5 stars). For my needs: -1 Star Quality: The adhesive they used for this thing is super cheap. It left a bunch of paper like material even after using a heat gun/hair dryer. If you spent $100+ on your desk, than you should treat it better by buying a better quality transparent double-sided 3M tape. -1 Star Uses: The opening for the raceway should be a lot bigger since it's so damn hard to get cables inside it. You have to individually push in every cable you want to hide. Instead of J Channel, it should be renamed to G channel for how annoying it is to get the cables in it. Fixes/Summary: If you are going to use thick plastic to make a raceway, then don't make it difficult for people to hide their cables in it. I am going to make the opening wider on mine, so I can also hide power bricks in it.

Works well enough
I don't have much to say here except that it works has advertised. When I opened it, I was quite surprised, with the tiny strip of double sided tape, but after a few weeks, it stills hold on, even with a whole bunch of cables tuck inside. I haven't tried to cut it, since it was just long enough to fit under my desk. In conclusion, a nice accessory to keep your cables hidden and off the ground

sticks well
low profile and highly functional, deep enough to run several cat6 cables and HDMI, you could fit a package of spaghetti in there. the raceway closes over the cables by itself
