3rd class product, no primary packing of brand Neelam found , items packed in a carton mentioning no brand , this seems it is of very sub standard quality. This is first time I have faced this issue, even I can not gift this item now.

Packaging issue
Product is good, but we recieved product like we purchased from the local shop. If customer paying huge amount for dinner set he expect product in proper manner... We are not able to gift this product to anyone, Because for that we need to purchase a proper dinner set packing... Which is not possible... We were expecting that product will come with Brand packaging and segregation of each product. It's really a dispointment for us.

I like the quality of this product. It is nice and size of plate is really good. Unfortunately I couldn’t get more quantity of it due to unavailability but if it’s available again I will for sure reorder it.
