I rarely leave reviews, but this neck stretcher has been one of the most helpful purchases I've made. I've suffered from headaches and migraines for years, and a lot of my pain seems to start in my neck and travel into my temple and behind my eye. I was skeptical at first, but after using this for just 10–15 minutes, I noticed a significant decrease in my head and neck pain. The design is comfortable, easy to use, and provides a gentle stretch without feeling too aggressive. I've found myself reaching for it whenever I feel tension building in my neck, especially after long days, workouts, or when a headache is starting. I was hesitant to buy based on some reviews that said that it hurt her neck. I also thought it could be just another stupid thing I don't end up using. However, I found that it does help my neck. I am a petite woman and the device still works, just don't rest on it longer than 5 minutes.

At first I'll admit, I was skeptical. But I was also desperate, so I gave it a shot. And so I began using it, following the instructions carefully. Initially I found it horrible - laying on it was uncomfortable, and sitting up was disorienting. I'd immediately get dizzy, and although the muscles in my neck would feel more relaxed, it would take me a few minutes to regain my bearings. However, after continued (if apprehensive) use for about a week, the dizziness stopped and my neck continued to feel better and better. I've even felt my neck "click" while I'm laying on this thing. It's sturdy and easy to use, and has become part of my nightly routine!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments. FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

I bought this for myself as I've had some shoulder and neck issues for some years due to an injury. In the first use I noticed the tension decrease and has helped my neck and shoulders to relax. My husband started using it without my knowledge. He uses it daily as recommended and loves it so much. He had me order one as a gift for his elderly father's 95th birthday. Now his siblings and nephews are ordering their own after using grandpa's. He should be the one writing this review, because he has another gift ready for his next lunch visit with one of his friends that has a stressful career and the tension that comes along.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Started as a stiff neck, few days later tingling in my arm, then shooting pain from my neck down arm into fingers, and numbness!! Diagnosis: pinched nerve in neck. Im an athlete either at the gym or running the Appalachian trail. Im no sissy to pain. This was the worst pain I've ever had. Chiropractor, massage. Started doing my own research. Luckily came across RESTCLOUD. It gave me relief first time I used it. I am not being paid to write this just happily sharing my experience! Ive been using it now for a week and the pain is now tolerable and I can run again!

Well I’ve been using it quite a bit now I have less neck pain but my shoulders still hurts But my neck used to be a 10 with pain now no pain since I’m using this miracle piece I recommend it

This is a wonderful product. It worked well for my neck pain. The product quality is good and long lasting.

I gave this a go as I had been struggling with neck and upper back pain. At first it feels very large on the back of your neck but stick with it, once you fully relax your head, neck and shoulders it feels so good. Too good in fact. The instructions state that it should be used for around 10-15 minutes then removed, but honestly I almost fell asleep. I found it more comfortable than my pillow. I would sleep on this but the warnings say not to. Regardless, it's great for stretching out your neck and provides much needed relief.
