The Mechanix Wear Original Work Gloves are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been using them for a variety of tasks—everything from DIY projects to working on my car—and they have held up incredibly well. The fit is perfect (I ordered the medium), and the secure wrist closure keeps the gloves snugly in place, so I don’t have to constantly adjust them while working. This is probably my 3rd or 4th pair. Not because they wear put, because I keep losing them. Lol. These things go through everything with me. I have used them for cell searches at work, pulling electrical wire at home, picking up scrap metal, and shooting. The grip is excellent. Even wet I can grip like normal. For a long time I couldn't cut them. One day my knife slipped and cut one of the fingers. I thought they were unbreakable. The fit is spot on. I wear XL nitrile gloves at work and the XL Mechanix fit just the same. Not too small, not too tight, just right. Yes, I made sure it rhythm. Best advice I give is get 2 pairs. One pair will walk off or get lost.

Excellent work or just protective gloves. I’ve had one pair for prob 20 years, very worn but still usable. Size runs a little smaller maybe than years ago, I got the XL 11 and a pair of XXL12. Both fit fine one just a littles more snug. These are flexible and comfortable enough to use for driving in cold weather.

I work at Home Depot and these gloves are great for that. They are also great for touch screen use while wearing them. The screen reacts very well to a touch from these gloves. With the tip of the glove I can hit individual letters and numbers on the screen. Much better than the others I have tried. Great feel and while I have not tried washing them yet I like that feature.

I have ordered several pairs of Mechanix gloves over the years. I ordered this pair to replace a pair I chewed up doing some rock scrambling. I also ordered a slightly larger size, as they do tend to shrink with washing. Right off the bat, I noticed this pair is slightly different -- the material on both the palm and back of the hand are slightly thicker and "spongier" than the tough fabric and more breathable mesh of prior pairs. This may be by design, but the labeling didn't indicate that this was anything different than the "Original" type I've ordered in the past. That being said, I really like these glove so far. Very comfortable. They're pretty tough -- not as tough as a pair of regular leather work gloves, but perfect for using tools, yard work, or scrambling up rocks. I've tried other brands and I just keep coming back to these for comfort and durability. I'll definitely order more.

These gloves are awesome and durable, the only issue I have is there’s no strap towards the wrist to pull them down when you put them on, I had to use a piece of 550 cord to make a loop through the little hole where they were attached to the packaging.

If you're looking for good work and combat gloves this is definitely on of the best light weight gloves

Comfy, look nice, seem strong, fairly protective for urbex use

I've bought every Mechanix glove under the sun 🌞 as the fit and comfort are 5 star 🌟. I must say even though the Mechanix gloves have potential of a 5 star rating especially if they made the glove waterproof and more durable from damage etc this one is much better than my last pair. This model type is warmer, bigger and better fit and has a much better grip for working in the warehouse my last pair the grip was terrible the palm was silky smooth and very slippy. This glove has a great touch screen on Samsung unlike some other Mechanix pairs, comes in handy working in a fridge & freezer i will buy again i just hope i get at least 6 weeks out of this pair before i buy yet another. Really hard to find a more durable glove that fits this well.

Nice gloves, good fit and great feel for doing jobs on the car.

Good gloves

Picked these up for working around a race car and they’ve been great. The fit is comfortable, they provide good grip, and they’re thin enough that you can still work with tools and small parts without feeling clumsy. They’ve held up well so far and seem very well made. No complaints at all. Just a solid pair of gloves that do exactly what they’re supposed to do.
