Different fill levels.
Loctite Primeless Thread locker 263 250mL Red we ordered two and one didn't seem as full as the other. Other than that there were no issues.

Don't order. It says your getting 250mL but the bottle is less then half full and there was no seal on the bottle. Waste of money.
