I've been taking these for about 2-3 weeks, and I do notice a difference. I'm highly skeptical of most skin products, because it's all marketing, and it's usually not working. I've been struggling with acne for 15 years and tried everything one can imagine and nothing works. I don't want to say that this is a magical product. My skin isn't 100% clear, but it did clear up by 70-80%. Since I've been taking it for such a short time, I don't know if it's the product or if I'm just having a good period. I won't be able to know for sure until I've been using them for a few months ++. But something definitely did change a few days after I started taking them. The only thing I don't understand with this product is the choice to add maltodextrin. It's a synthetic sweetner, and it's not healthy. I see no reason. Additionally, people with diabetes has to be careful eating it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the 3rd bottle I purchased for My son who suffered from teen acne. This probiotic has helped improve his skin and helps keep flare-ups at bay. Effectiveness: We saw improvement after the first bottle paired with diet and exercise

Amazing! My daughter would not let me take pictures of the progress because she’s so insecure about her acne. I wish I had some to post. We are 3 weeks in now and her acne is almost gone. The second week was hard for her and she almost stopped using them. Her face was purging so bad. Please try and stick with it. You will not be disappointed!

I have mild adult acne so I wanted to try this probiotic. Soon after taking these I experienced increased breakouts on my face, back and chest. It also caused extensive bloating, stomachache and diarrhea. I had to completely stop taking them.

As a customer who has been becoming more educated regarding pro/pre/post biotics my first flag was bloating with this product, second probiotics are measured in billions of CFU’s and this says 200mg so that leaves me as a consumer confused if i am even getting an effective dose

I'm 53 and have very mild rosacea (basically just a little pink on the apples of my cheeks). After taking them as-is for a few weeks and not noticing a difference in my rosacea (or anything else, really) I decided to boost the amount of bacteria by culturing a couple of capsules in goat milk. Makes delicious "yogurt," and I've been eating that for about 2 weeks and I think my skin is looking more youthful (smoother, more supple), although, I'm not 100% sure. If nothing else, I proved that the bacteria are alive because they culture the goat milk thickening it up and making a delightfully mildly tart snack! I'm going to keep making and eating it regularly and I'll come back and update my review if things change.

Worked great and did help clear up my skin.
