Could nitron gas be refilled or replaced once empty

How do you fix the unbrella so it doesnt fly out the holder? There is no screw to clamp the unbrella handle

There should be a screw that holds the umbrella holder in place. If you haven’t got one you need to get back to the retailer and inform them it’s missing

Will it run out of nitrogen powered air?

No, it’s a sealed unit. Best trolley I’ve had.
