Do you have strap-on styrofoam weights? I cannot use bar bells because of my arthritis. They must fit a woman's wrist snuggly

Thank you for you note. We primarily produce drag resistance equipment as opposed to foam floats. Our equipment will provide resistance against your movement allowing you to be in full control of the intensity of the exercise. I've attached a video of our newer Hybrid style fin being securely fastened to ones wrist. While being a one size fits most item, they will fit wrist as small as 5.25" in circumference.

I'm 5'2". Will these work for water running or be too big for me?

Looking for alternative to foam dumbbells for strengthening arms/legs for 80s-90s age adults. Will fins cut fragile skin?

When used properly there shouldn't be any contact between the fins (plastic) and your body. These fins have a smooth edge on them and very unlikely to cause any issue if they did contact your body.
