A03102666# VSX Tiger I/Sherman IR Battle Tank Set (1/72 Scale)

Fun when they work. The Sherman worked for three charges, then stopped operating. Power light is on, but the tank no longer responds to the controller or to being shot at. Makes for a bummer Christmas morning.

Great little kit. We also set up a box city to have battles in. The turrets traverse about 150° and there are Recoil movements and sound effects when the tanks fire and when they are hit. The Sherman has a drastically shorter battery life then the Tiger though that's not a big deal. Because they charge quickly. Still I may try and upgrade the battery's to a better quality to get more play time. Right now the Sherman has 10-15 minuets then they act up and don't respond correctly to the controller. The tiger is a solid 30 minuets. Except for the bad battery this is an excellent toy and tons of fun!

Tanks did not work! Charged them both, they both worked for the first initial charge, the tiger would hit the Sherman but the Sherman would not hit the tiger even when right next to it. After that initial charge, neither tank worked correctly, the turret would move but the tracks wouldn’t, they wouldn’t shoot each other either. Disappointed in the electronic quality.

Did not last for long. Nephews played with them for less than a week before they quit working.

Love these tanks. 1/72 scale fits well within the confines of my house. Set up a small city made primarily of different size board game boxes. You had to maneuver around the boxes to get in a quick shot then reverse back behind cover. Reminded us of World of Tanks.
