I ordered this product to help with sleep and muscle recovery. I hate taking pills, so I always look for gummies or chewable. When I saw this one, I had to give it a try. I'm happy to say, the taste is great, so it's easy to keep up with taking them regularly. Still a little early to say exactly how well it works, but I do feel like it's helped somewhat with my sleep.

A little tangy but easy to chew for a great magnesium supplement. Helps with sleep and muscle relaxation/recovery. Trace is our favorite for mineral supplementation. Perfect if swallowing large pills is difficult for you.

These taste really awful. They are like a rotten sweet tart (and I like sweet tarts). They have chemical taste and the texture is terrible like sandy chalk. The brand that I normally use has been discontinued and then I moved to another brand and it was also discontinued so I tried these and I have to say avoid them at all costs. They also do not seem to be effective as my leg cramps returned and also not getting good sleep quality.

I prefer chewables in supplements when available because they are easier on my stomach. I was using another brand before, but they suddenly stopped making the chewable. Then for awhile I was using a gummy, but now that I’m on Keto and paying close attention to carb content, those little gummies had 5 carbs! And that’s a lot when your total allotment for the day is only 20 carbs. I was happy to find this brand, a little apprehensive at first because I previously used only glycinate due to it being easier on the gut, and this one also contains citrate which can cause gastrointestinal issues, but luckily I haven’t experienced any problems.

These are some very tart magnesium chewables! If you like that, then these are perfect. It's a good flavor. Easier than pills.

Nasty taste but sleep is much improved!

I tried these after looking for a magnesium formula with all three magnesium formats. The flavor is pleasing, and the tablets are a good size and not too large for an adult. I do feel that I am receiving benefits for muscle recovery following exercise, sleep, and mood.

The thing I like about this product is that it works. It helps me sleep...and it keeps my restless legs at bay. (Sometimes I won't fall asleep...or my legs will bother me...and I'll realize I forgot to take it, which tells you it works.) It tastes good and you get a lot for the price. HOWEVER, the last two bottles I've received have been full of mostly small broken pieces of the product and I have to piece them together to form a whole tablet. It's getting annoying. Also, they are lightly chalky, which is tough if you take them at bedtime like I do. UPDATE -3/2025 - I just got a new bottle with the new design and they taste awful! I don’t know if they changed their formula or what but they’re so bad. I can’t take them. They don’t even taste like a food product. I’ve been taking these for years. Really not sure what I’m going to do now.
