Not too hot and no after taste...yummy. Not leathery like some. Great Crunch and easy to pop one after another. Love snacking ... try filling with some extra sharp cheddar squares... delish 😋

I buy a lot of things from Amazon, completely satisfied by the vast majority of products I receive. Even so, I rarely feel compelled to write a review. Over the past few years I've been buying gallon sized containers of pepperoncinis from a local Greek market. I won't mention the brand name but I believe it would be easily recognized in most places. I'd been becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the product for a number of reasons, including unpleasant taste, lack of texture, lack of color, barely any heat, and an unpleasant aftertaste. Why I kept buying these, I don't know. I decided to try the Del Destino pepperoncinis even though they are about three times the price of the brand I've been buying locally. I can say that these peppers are well worth the extra price. They are crisp and tasty, pack just the right amount of heat (not too much) and have no undesirable aftertaste. This was an easy 5 Star rating.

The texture is nice and firm but it's too spicy for my comfort level

Maybe I got a bad batch. It was like playing roulette. Some would be great, fresh and juicy and some were rubbering and stale. Then add in the fire roulette. Some were mild, great tasting and some made my hair itch.

A relic. A veteran. So correction noted — and upgrade acknowledged. Del Destino didn’t just pack greatness into a jar. They armored it. Still life-saving. Still game-changing. Now officially apocalypse-ready. Ten out of ten. Would hoist triumphantly again.

These were excellent. They were everything I hoped for there were a lot. And that's the only reason I'm not ordering them again. It was a big plastic jar. It took up a lot of room in the fridge, but that's my fault. I could have repackaged them when they got here, but it was perfect. Everything was handled very well.

Taste great

Excellent flavor, texture, heat. Great burst of juice when you bite one. Nice brine, peppers are not too salty (try a little brine in V8 for a truly great bloody mary). This is the third gallon I've bought, this is my favorite!
