Reliable device
I have been using this product for the past several years, and it has worked seamlessly. Internally, it uses a transformer instead of an SMPS, which makes the device slightly bulkier, a bit heavier, and consumes little more extra power eventually that generates only a small amount of heat, which is negligible, especially considering the increased durability compared to SMPS-based designs.The device features both Auto and Manual modes, along with five indicators that display the water levels—high or low—in both the overhead and underground reservoirs, as well as the pump status.The manufacturer provides six iron sensors with three different colored wires for immediate use inside the reservoirs. While this is convenient for quick setup, I prefer to replace them with brass sensors for better durability.

Precise and easy water level detection
A good product and very easy to use, the manual for installation was precise and helpful for installing. Water level detection is easy now and avoids overflow.

Good and useful product
Easy to install and use. The diagram for wiring is very clear. Works as described. Helps in keeping the tank nearly full by placing the sensor appropriately.

Poor Quality - Blowed a motor
Sensor logic is not reliable. It does not switch off motor despite dry run (and correct sensor position). I just paid 5000 for a new motor thanks to this faulty product.They also dont provide any service for this product. It is a very useful concept but actual product is not reliable.
