Not sure but if you Google halti harness size guide, there is a chart and tells you where to measure the dog.

Does it come with a guide on how to use it properly-eg. The stop pulling action and how / why to use the 2 leads ?

No, it didn't come with instructions. The reason you need to use two leads, ie also a sliplead, is because unless you keep the halti tight, the straps that go under the legs get too loose, causing them to slide down. My dog then managed to pull one of her legs out and escape from the harness.

what are the measurmentsfor the non pull harness

Large size was 31.5 inches. Too big for our lab cross so went for medium 23 - 31 inch.
