Price wise they’re great. 5 different Colors won’t wear off, and texture is smooth, most of all thickness okay! The can bend but not crease. Happy I made this purchase .

I've only had these cutting sheets for a few weeks now, and so far, so good. They are much thinner than my last cutting sheets so I'm assuming they won't last as long.

A bit smaller than my old ones, but I’ll get used to that..Had knife cuts after the first use…. But, I’ll get them more frequently, which is safer anyway, right??I would buy them again

The thing I like most about these is that they're made in the USA! The price was about 1/3 of other ones I saw listed on amazon and elsewhere. These are nice but thin, and probably won't last all that long, but I got them to save the blades on my expensive kitchen knives which were getting dull on the granite cutting board I'd been using. For the price, I won't mind ordering these again...and again...as needed! The colors are nicer than others offered, they're easy to use as a "funnel" to pour your chopped contents into a bowl.

I love these cutting boards. I cut some in half and use the smaller ones most frequently. They are perfect for cutting an apple or anything quick and easy. The larger size is great for the larger jobs and then sliding the food into a pot. Easy to clean right after using with a little soap and water. I use a different one for protein so there is no cross contamination. You just don’t want to hold these over a pot of boiling water too long while you are pushing veggies in as they will warp slightly.

These are not the original mats, and they are not Chop &Chop. I especially wanted Chop & Chop because the old ones I have had for years are smooth cutting surfaces on both sides. These new ones have a supposedly gripping mesh grid on one side. I don't like that grid for two reasons. One is that both sides are not available as cutting surfaces, and another is a reason that I could not have anticipated - they take forever to dry because water clings in each little square formed by the grid. I don't notice that the new mats are any less prone to sliding, not that I was ever aware of that as a problem. Also these are smaller, 11x15, than the original, 11.5 x 15. In sum, they are ok, but not as good as the original and not what was stated, the original Chop & Chop.

I am finding that they are not resistant to knife cuts. the surface has become rough and so harder to clean.

Good quality, clean easily.
