Does this actually toast the bread all over?

No, misses about an inch but, they all do. Find a toaster that does it properly, better man than me. £80 or £10, they ay are all rubbish. Get a cheap one and hate yourself less.

The slots are wide enough, but not long enough for normal sliced bread. Can only toast 2 slices not 4

Don't buy! It only worked once then everytime put on tripped my electric. Sent back then I ended up buying one from a physical store.
