Magpul M-LOK Polymer Picatinny Accessory Rail

Used this to mount my scout light on a MLok forearm. Works perfect, super light weight, and secured easily. Seems to be of great quality and I don't see any issues with it. It lays low enough to the mounted position to not really notice its mounted instead of forged on. Its Magpul so I expected as much. I definitely recommend anyone needing a small picatinny on their MLok to use Magpul's. Personally I'll spend a couple extra dollars to ensure I got what I paid for, when it comes to certain things. This is one of them.

Very durable material for mounting various picatinny upgrades to M-LOK systems. Used for mounting grips, lights, sights and much more. Installs easily and works as intended.

Fits in as it should, had no issues

I purchased a Kel-Tec CP33 pistol, which utilizes an M-LOC dust cover for the accessory mount. Considering the lightweight nature of the pistol, I went with the polymer picatinny rail rather than an aluminum one- plus, the glass-filled polymer is more easily modified (and let's face it-I'm just mounting a lightweight light, not a heavy bipod). Magpul makes a shorter version (3-slot, I believe), which should fit the dust cover exactly without modification. But since I already had an Olight (this version does NOT have the adjustable mount), I knew that I'd need the next longer Magpul M-LOC mount. Only problem is, it doesn't really fit this pistol's slots (and I anticipated this). Thus comes the modifications. If you're in a similar boat, you'll need to carefully trim away the extended boss under one end of the mount where the supplied screw/nut goes. Take a 3/8" Forstner bit and carefully create a new recess in the center of the mount (see pic). Then drill the dead center of the recess to accommodate the machine screw's shank (I don't remember which size I used, sorry). A drill press really comes in handy with both of these operations. With a Dremel, I then created a small clearance recess on the one end of the mount to clear one of the dust cover's small machine screws. The Magpul's supplied machine screws and nuts then fit perfectly in the mount and onto the dust cover. Reinstalled the assembly onto the pistol, attached the light, and, VIOLA- everything is exactly as it should be. A solid mount, and the light is situated where it should be for my hand. Of course, I probably could have just ordered the 3-slot mount and the adjustable Olight, but I already had this light. The modifications really didn't take long at all (it took longer to write this!), and for me, what little work was required was well worth it. It would have been great if Magpul had made this mount already with the middle screw location molded in (are ya listening, Magpul?), but in lieu of this, I made it work, and I love it!

This would be perfect if they made one matching the mounting holes on a Mossberg 12 gauge 500, on the heat shield near the mouth of the barrel. Might need slightly longer replacement screws, and wider mounting to match the mount.

I added this Magpul accessory rail to my M-LOK handguard to give my compact light and sling mount a secure spot—and it works beautifully. Made from a reinforced polymer, it feels tougher than it looks (and lighter than aluminum versions), and installation was a breeze with the provided hardware. Once torqued down, there's zero wiggle, and even after a few range sessions, it’s stayed rock-solid. Magpul’s thoughtful design—beveled edges and cam-style T-nuts—makes it functional and snag-free. If I’m nitpicky, the polymer finish isn't as sleek as machined metal, and you’ll notice a bit of flex under heavy downward force (not what I was doing). But the weight savings are real, and the cost is significantly friendlier than aluminum. For mounting lights, grips, or other accessories where every ounce matters, this polymer section hits the sweet spot between performance and value.
