THESE ARE PERFECT PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY!!
Ok for someone who never writes reviews I felt like I needed to this time. Long story short I had prostate cancer in 2012 and have had bladder issues after radiation ever since. Not bad but needed a fix as anyone that has an issue will tell you. The first thing I tried was depends underwear. They worked but overkill , expensive, and for me and was a little embarrassing around my girlfriend. I then tried depends pads and they worked but they were bulky and agin maybe overkill and they leaked out the sides. Then switched to depends thin pads, easy to pack on trips but they leaked out the sides and I felt like I needed just a little more maybe somewhere in the middle between the light and heavier pads but with some of leak protection on the sides. Depends had no options here. Thats when I discovered these. Perfect pad size, small flaps on the side so there is no side leakage and they keep me dry all day. I would give these for my situation 5 stars! They are the perfect all around protection without going overboard and they are also easy to pack on trips. Will continue with these absolutely! You can carry extra ones on those days if needed in case of accidents.

Very pleased/highly recommended
Buying these to aid in my recovery theyโve become my overall favorite go-to pad. My needs are finally minimal but coming off another top brandโs max protection that was a bit bulky I quickly jumped to these finding they were pretty capable even for my higher needs. These are very soft so much so that you donโt really feel them. I chose these also because they have wings that are wider than most-a need for my fitโฆmight not be a concern for you but never hurts to have the extra coverage. Iโve had zero leaks with these and only good results to report. Adhesive is perfect. Price is reasonable. Lots of other great reviews which helped lead me to these. Highly recommend!!!

Unobtrusive and absorbent
These men's incontinence pads are exactly what was needed to prevent urinary leaks from seeping through onto clothing. They are absorbent, yet not bulky . They adhere well to the undergarments and do not irritate the skin . A great value for the money when purchased in bulk.

Absorbent without being bulky
Much nicer than others I've tried. Not bulky. Forget I'm using, most of the time.

ABS OUT T
as a product it is very good. with that being said one should know the product comes in different absorbancy strengths so one might have to test or determine the strength one might need. one should also observe how often the product might have to be changed because it can fill up and overflow. the center of there back of the pad has sort of an adhesive that sticks nicely to the undergarment, however, the side flaps do not. this can be a problem for some, depending on the size and shape of ones anatomy because at times the upper outer flap can fold in leaving one unprotected. i recommend to the company to put an adhesive on the upper outside flaps also. finally at time if pad fills up and is taken out the pad can split and the inside foam can come out. with all this being said I only gave it a rating of 3, however, it is worth giving the product tl a chance

comfortable, effective, cost saving.
I was a user of Depends for over 2 years and decided to look for options a very surprised by the existence of so many. My major concern was depends kept the testicles very warm and cozy presenting a problem for sermon production. I had some depends shields on hand from before and they did not offer sufficient protection and did not always stay in place. When I got these I was impressed by the larger area of coverage and form fitting that enhanced that of the fabric briefs (ex-officio) . I have switched out the pads morning and night and experienced only light wetness--excelnt protection of outerwear and more comfort and cost savings over the depends. Some increased comfort--still keeps the little guys too warm--but what would prevent leakage and not restrict airflow???. With my briefs there is still room for movement. I'm interested to try one of the cotton reusable briefs that provide containment of fluid. but I'll wait until I used up the current supply. Note so far I have made to the urinal before a major leakage.

Seem good for me
Ever since my prostate removal for cancer, I have had a "little" control issue. I even used my wife's pads but they not so good for men but better than nothing. I bought two different (both expensive) brand protection underwear briefs, not for me. They are on extended stand by duty. Finally I searched for pads for men, there is such a thing! These, each come with a little bag to discard the used pad in. I am giving these a try. So far, good. But to use the fly opening to relieve yourself, the install instruction covers that opening so I install it's smaller bottom end up next to fly opening with pad mass facing down. Works good.

Reliable and Comfortable Protection
The Tena Male Guards are a reliable choice for light incontinence protection. They are comfortable to wear and provide good absorbency throughout the day. The adhesive backing keeps them securely in place, and theyโre discreet enough that you can wear them without worrying about bulkiness. I appreciate that the pack is eco-friendly, though it would be great if there were even more sustainable packaging options. Overall, they do the job well and offer good value for the quantity provided. A solid choice for those who need daily protection.

I trust TENA with my LIFE after these pads saved me...
Let me start off with the most emphatic "You should buy this..." possible. I have multiple sclerosis. On top of affecting my walking and my memory, I'm unlucky enough to have the odd bladder issue here and there. Mostly when it comes to getting enough warning that I don't need to run for the nearest bathroom before I have an accident, and I have, unfortunately, had accidents... These guards have saved me no less than TWICE from utter embarrassment and discomfort. They're incredibly easy to put on โ they have an adhesive strip you stick to the inside of your underwear so that the pad is hugged against your body (they won't work for loose boxers, just any kind of underwear that's relatively snug against your body) โ and they really, really, *REALLY* work... I tried the lighter absorbency ones at first. They're great if you just need an extra couple seconds to pull your pants down or unzip your fly before you have an accident. These? Even if you have an accident, odds are your pants *AND* your boxers will be just as dry as before. I couldn't believe how absorbent they were the first time I needed them to save my life, but they absolutely took a bullet for me. Personally, I don't see any visual difference between the two when I look below my belt โ that is to say, even this much more absorbent model is just as discrete as the thinner, less absorbent one โ but if you're somewhere you don't have access to a bathroom, like if you were a block from home and you were running out of energy and were basically going to end up crawling home, THESE are the guards you want. Discrete, absorbent, and just as affordable as the other model, I make sure to travel with spares just in case I'm caught unaware. They're nowhere near as bulky or degrading โ I'm sure many, many people think this way โ as full on diapers, so as long as your incontinence is purely liquid and not solid, I CANNOT recommend these enough. Please, please, PLEASE do yourself the favour of trying these out. The first time they come in clutch and save you in an emergency, you'll thank yourself thinking ahead. 5/5 because I can't give it more than five stars.
