Easy to install and works brilliant

Very useful as a security option for an outbuilding. Fitting as easy as any lock, only minor issue is it rotates a few degrees in use which, if one notices things out of true, niggles.

Bought for holiday let, has low use, only bought replacement as hole drilled to fit makes replacing with better lock impossible.. build quality is 100% terrible, it left our house open even when we thought it was locked! Honestly this lock is very poor quality and WILL let you down within a month or less!! We have had 3 and will be replacing the entire door because of this lock. Pay more get something that lasts, terrible for the environment as well having such short life of use.

Future buyers , note that the full description is incomplete. Everything works fine until you are inside your door or compound. Then you realize that you need to turn the knob again in order to padlock the door from outside and avoid undesired people from coming in without having to enter a code! A major flaw.

We have a pole barn that is used by the whole family and they are always calling saying the key wasn't where it is supposed to be. I finally broke down and got this to solve that issue. Now keep in mind this is only a $60 dollar entry lockset, not a $200 one. I know this would not be the high end version. However, I am very happy with the way it works. No electronics so no batteries and no hacking. I read the instructions which I do not normally do but it's a good thing I did. When I went to install the lockset I noticed that same thing others have mentioned. The latch hits the back of the large hole. It's about an 1/8" off. I solved this by taking a small gouge from my Lathe and it easy removed enough wood to allow the latch to seat all the way. Once that lockset was disassembled (you remove the screw from the center of the back and the lock pin plate rotates up and off), you find half of the pins are silver and half are gold. Pull all the pins out with the tweezers provided. Then when you figure what code you want place the gold ones in those positions and the silver ones in all the others. The downside is that the combination can be put in is any order but for a Pole Barn, that's fine for our needs. All in all, I really like this and already have had a call and was able to get them in over the phone.

I bought this product on July 7,2023. It has been working very well, I really like this door lock because it does not need battery to operate as this lock is for outside door. But recently the pass code does not work maybe due to the past winter was extremely cold. I contact the company as they provide 5 years warranty on their product, they response right away and after knowing my concern, they send me a new lock. Their customer services are excellent, specially thanks to Shirley who had been helping me through.

I accidentally purchased two of these, so had to return one. I wanted to be able to access & lock up my shed without digging for a key. This lock works perfectly. It opens with a combination and turn of the handle, and closes with a turn of the handle. I, an 84 year old lady, installed it in an afternoon, since the holes were already in place for the existing deadbolt.

I like it but I would have prefered it to lock automatically when the door closes but its ok, just need to turn the knob to lock the door. Happy with it
