They all work flawlessly and comes with free smart phone and PC software. I have two on a boat in salt water and they are work horses. Never buy cameras without reset buttons. I bought six of another brand and after initial setup, they were lost to nether regions - never to be connected again. Great cameras. No experience with customer support because I haven't needed it. Review: Antenna is not strong - The antenna on this camera isn't really good I have a SV3C 1080P Outdoor PTZ WiFi Security Camera Antenna is the same length and has a decent signal from it's location about 150 feet away from this camera. The Luowice camera is roughly 50 feet away granted the router is inside a room on the same side of the house, both camera's are within 150 feet and the Luowice camera just suffers from signal loss. The SV3C 1080P Outdoor PTZ WiFi Security Camera on the other hand has a great signal and it's going through the same wall. The Luowice has a nice audio quality can hear all the bugs making noise outside the SV3C 1080P Outdoor PTZ WiFi Security Camera on the other hand sounds like gears moving. I'd recommend you run Ethernet if you are not gonna be in detect sight of the wireless router or look into getting Power over Ethernet stuff. This camera just doesn't give any good quality over WiFi and Night Vision is really bad 50 feet doesn't look good. Not the camera's fault I guess but just don't plan to have good quality over wifi if you don't have a clear sight of the router.
