Paradigm Cinema 100 CT 5.1 Home Theater System

Really isn’t much better you can get for the size, I am replacing the center with an LP model from paradigm, but that is just preference it is really not necessary. The next best are actually the klipsch reference set from Costco, then maybe definitive audio 600. Paradigm have a bit more Mids, and the klipsch are a tad bit brighter. Both performed well in my opinion but the paradigm were the best of the bunch. The definitive technology 600 was pretty decent, but I’d buy the klipsch as they are cheaper and sound better or the paradigm if you want pretty much the best satellite’s you can get. Monitor audio were decent as well but reminded me more of Bose cubes where you have to tune the sub perfectly for Mids. I literally spent thousands to find a decent set of satellites and settled in these and returning everything else.

These speakers are awesome the sound is tops in my ear, the only thing is they are not made in Canada like the more expensived models these are made in China.

Hello The Cinema 100 CT package will likely be a one stop audio buy. As an example, you will recieve flawless lows and clarity at all listening levels. Next, give these speakers room to run with a quality AVR reciever, and you will be floored. Moreover when wiring match your lengths of wires for left , right , and center...for impedance matching , this along with your rears on y our 5.1 system. Further, the SW will deliver at all levels, I fired up the 2 Doors Down live Texas concert Dolby, and digitaly processed Blue Ray, and my guest was floor at 78% volume rate these Paradigms ate it up.. .and at higher rates as well , I am running a Denon XR2000 AVR, Denons mid ranged model. Only let down is that the top of the SW is cloth as dust settles on this material its harder to clean. Paradigm has it right with a matched concept ...hope this helped...enjoy these fine products. This set of speakers purchased through Amazon is a used set that appeared to be brand new. The Paradigm Cinema 100 CT home theater speakers are a step above the usual theater in a box option, yet considerably below highly expensive speakers, and well worth the price. I found the satellite speakers and center speaker, which are identical and therefore a matched combo, to be bright and clean sounding for music, yet full and forceful for blu-ray movies. The subwoofer is tight and solid, blending in nicely with the satellites. I am finding the range of the speakers to be very satisfying, as my tastes are quite eclectic.

The wall mounts for this product are poor. They only allow about 15 degrees of tilt in 1 plane. I can't mount them in the corners of my LR. I contacted Paradigm Tech Support and their response was if I didn't like the wall mounts to send the speakers back. No info anywhere on the web about a usable 3rd party mount. The CT-100 has the 6mm mounting screw buried far inside the back of the enclosure which has a curved back and this combined with the proximity of the speaker posts make it difficult to get third party mounts to work. Paradigm's apparent disinterest in providing any sort of help on their poor design is a stark contrast to their positioning as a developer of high-end audio products.

Like the speakers, sound is good, but the mounts are CRAP. The only thing that keeps the plastic (mount that attaches to speaker) and metal flange (attaches to wall) connection from rattling is the substantial weight of the speakers. There is not much travel for the mounts, and it's only in one plane--vertical OR horizontal depending on the direction you mount the speakers. It's also a b*tch to attach properly to the speaker. And the speaker posts are kinda weird, better than cheap plastic crap but not real banana plugs either. But the speakers are nice and HEAVY, sound is good, base is loud.

Purchased these here about a month ego. So far I am very happy with the purchase. I was debating between Bose Acoustimass 10 and these and glad I went with Cinema 100 CT. They are nice looking and sound very nice. I hooked them up with Pioneer SC-1222-k receiver. I also bout very nice TechCraft SF50 50-Inch High Audio Rack for this setup. I highly recommend these if you don't have room for the bigger speakers like me.

Really nice crisp sound. Very good quality. In comparison to what I have campled in stores, this fits the propper price range and is worth the money.

I bought these speakers to pair with a set of paradigm 9se towers driven by a denon avr-981 7.1 channel home theatre receiver. These speakers are absolutely amazing the sound is crisp and clear the bass is right on point. I don’t know why I waited so long. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for small amazing speakers for their home theatre.

Upgraded from a 3 year old basic Yamaha 5.1 system so this was a MASSIVE upgrade. A little on the expensive side, but the sound quality has blown me away! The speakers are small but hefty and feel high quality. The sub was a little bigger than I expected but pumps out excellent and tight bass.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I paired these speakers with a Pioneer VSX534 a/v receiver and the sound is phenomenal! I’m very happy with them. Big sound for small size.(Will make you floor vibrate) Totally awesome to be submerged. I procrastinated taking the leap in purchasing a sound system. This was one of the best decisions I have made. I was not disappointed with this product. You will need to order the speaker wire separately. It is not included

Well priced. Good quality, great sound, would recommend! Comes with wall mounts which have been designed by someone who hates humanity but otherwise they’re great.
