Problems from the start!
The case itself looks nice enough. The problem, from the moment we opened the package is that the ears do not stay in place. They are meant to swivel, but pop out every time we move them. They do not stay securely in the hole. We had to glue them in to make them stay attached to the case.. Also, we cannot adjust the volume with the case on. There are no buttons on the side and it's a guessing game as to where the up/down buttons are. It's so much easier to pull the case away to adjust, which is annoying!

I love this case it is so cute the only reason I docked a star is because the ears won't stay on no matter how many times you put them back on. I am seriously about to glue them on the case. The case is cute without the ears but the ears are what makes you go awwww.

Poor quality
The ears fell off the day we bought it. She has no choice but to use the case because she needs it but she’s walking around with a stitch that has no ears.

Great iPod case.
The “Stitch” iPod case was a gift for my 5 year old grandson. It’s very durable, easy to remove for cleaning and the touch screen is easy to use for his little fingers.
