How is the volume (when talking in call)? I read on another page that it's pretty low. Also, is the ringer volume sufficient?

it is not low. it is fine. again volume issue is personal. someone can hear bad someone good. I still use it without any claims.

Does Caterpillar B15 works in Israel?

I don't see why the B10 (or B15) as a unlocked phone would not work on a gsm network in Israel. Also depending on the sim card from your provider (B10 can carry 2 sim cards, not sure about B15) you should be able connect to a network of your choice. Before buying check with provider if you have a contract.

can i use this phone with my straight talk service?

si ce olle mui bien yo estoi usando los mismo serbisios
