Potato Head Disney/Pixar Toy Story 4 For Kids Ages 2 & Up

To sum it up, this Mrs. Potato Head is great, and is a must for anyone who wants to collect or play with all of the Toy Story characters. That being said, other reviewers are absolutely right about the parts falling off too easily, ESPECIALLY the flower on Mrs. Potato Head’s hat. Why this was made a removable piece rather than a fused part of her hat is beyond me. But, I recommend IMMEDIATELY gluing the flower onto the hat, particularly if you’re giving this to a small child. It drove my four-year-old nuts, and after at least 30 flower reattachments, he finally agreed to let me tape it (but not glue it, because that meant he couldn’t play with it for a while). I had to surgically slice and roll up a teeny tiny sliver of gorilla tape and shove it into the space on the back of the flower that attaches to the hat, but had to make it thick enough that it would fill that space and make contact with the hat. Lesson learned - sneak it out of the box, glue it, then replace and give it to your child after it’s dry and you’ve confirmed adhesion. The other pieces also do not plug into/snap onto the body as tightly as regular potato head pieces do to the standard bodies. However, this ultimately was okay with my son because having the actual Mrs. Potato Head from the movie far outweighed the annoyance of searching for and replacing pieces. But, as a parent, I feel the duty to give you a heads up about the flower, as well as her ears and her butt door. I cannot tell you how many bedtimes were delayed so my husband and I could track down one of Mrs. Potato Head’s ears and her butt! Her ears have earrings painted on them, so regular potato head ears would not do, nor would any of the other six potato head butts we had in our house, since none fit exactly right. So, prepare for the headache, but know that the joy this toy will bring your child is well worth it. If you’re a collector, this is a perfect piece, and you won’t have to worry about all of the above.

Got this for my niece to go along with Mr. Potato head. I feel like potato head is a classic toy that I loved as a kid and is still loved today. My niece loves Toy Story and was so excited to get this. She is 2 and it’s been great for her fine motor skills.

Super cute only issue the pieces seem like they fall out very easily!

When your 76 year old mother calls your 82 year old father, Mr. Potato Head as a pet name and gives him a Mr. Potato head for the holidays, his daughter has to get her dad a Mrs. Potato Head to complete the set. They are having a blast dressing them up and laughing. Laughter is always a gift!

My child loves her. Everything stays on very well. Actually really well that we have to help her remove the pieces sometimes haha it’s good quality. A great gift and super nostalgic.

Difficult for adult to attach the parts. Too tight! 3 yr old cannot do it…. I couldn’t

I have to change my review! I didn't realize the arm was stuck in the back of the potato way in the top after we got the glasses and the other pieces out, we found the arm. My kids are enjoying it. Its a little cheap and falls apart easy but worth the buy for my kids.

My granddaughter is special needs. Not only was she excited to see a funny potato head person, but at the age of 4 (and only hearing for 2 years with her cochlear implants) every part of the potato head was a great way to reinforce body parts by having her first say the part, and then she could put it where it belonged. It's a lot of fun. She is eager to work on this instead of her traditional body part therapy. We feel bad that everything she does seems like school work, so when we find something she loves to play with, that's exciting!
