Is there a minimum psi that is needed for the diffusion to work? Will ehiem classic tubing fit this reactor?

Yes, the ehiem tubing will work. Are u hooking it up to the canister filter? If so it will work great! I have mine hooked up to a fluval 406 canister filter myself. I think it rated at 350 gph soooo I hope these helps. Plus make sure u get a bubble counter to. Very important!!! I think for the money the ista turbo is worth it. Plus it's very efficient!! I hope these helped. It the gph ,not psi. These is coming from a plumber to. My fluval is rated at 385 gph. I'm sure I'm losing 50 or so gph do to head pressure. It running a 75 gallon heavy planted aquarium, with a 30 gallon sump.

Do I still need a co2 tank with this product

Pressurized CO2 works well at 20-30psi.  Remember that this unit requires a water pump and will create back pressure on the CO2 line, and unless the DIY pressure is higher, will close your check valve.

Question 3

I'm running a 125 gallon tank with an ehiem canister (16/22 tubing).will this product work or will i need another size?

The reactor is made for 12/16mm tubing, 16/22mm tubing is too large for this reactor. I have mine hooked up to a recently established 55 gallon with a Eheim 2217. The outtake tubing on this Eheim model is 12/16 mm and works like a charm for this reactor. No leaks since intial setup weeks ago.

Will this fit the flual 407 ribbed tubing?

ISTA Turbo CO2 Reactor Diffuser is not suitable for flual 407 ribbed tubing.
You need to replace the tubing used by flual 407 to 12/16mm.
