Dynamax Gyroscopic CORE Trainer

I have a love hate relationship with these. As a portable exercise device they can't be beat. But, if you use it regularly it's going to break. The pull cord will stop working. I've had more than one, and it's happened with each and every one. DFX will give you some song and dance about you not using it right, and then they'll offer you a "tune up" for $80.00 to fix your unit that's less than a year old. At least this lasts longer than the single rotor (older model), but still will need an expensive repair if used regularly. I would rate this a 5 star product if it wasn't for the expense of a repair in 6 months or less.

I really want this to work, but customer service will not reply to any messages regarding to repairs.
