This attachment was perfect as a universal attachment. Great fit and functionality. Great value. The purchase of the cryotherapy machine was the best decision we could have made. We have used it through a knee and ankle replacement as well as everyday aches and pains. It works amazingly - better than any ice pack!

Perfect replacement for the 10 year old pad I had.

My original sprang a leak. This is a great replacement and comes with Velcro straps.

We bought this and the cold rush device after my husband had knee replacement last June. It worked as good as those he was using at physical therapy. It fit the top and sides of his knee. We used a velcro strap we had on hand or Ace bandages to keep it in place. He used it on/off for several months. When he was done with it, he folded it up and put it inside the cold rush device. Like others have commented on, it leaked when we pulled it out a few weeks ago. It would be nice if it was more durable, BUT, we should have stored it better. Overal, he and I are very satisfied and will be buying another one.

It was so great to be able to order a part instead of a whole new ice machine. The first surgery was my total reverse shoulder replacement. Icing makes such a difference in the recovery process and the ice machine provides a clean, efficient, convenient delivery method. Bags of frozen vegetables are OK first use then the contents stick together when you refreeze making hard bumps. Also, they can get smelly! We saw a tip way back that works really well if you don’t want to overdo your fridge ice maker or keep buying bags of ice. We take small bottles of drinking water, freeze them solid, place 6 or so in the machine, and add a bit of water (there are arrow guides inside). We have extra frozen bottles and just switch them out when they defrost. If you turn the machine off between uses, it requires less frequent ice/bottle changes. The next 2 surgeries (including current one) were for Total Knee Replacement.

These pads leak after a short period of time! I got one with the machine, after about 2 months of use and then stored for a few months it started leaking. So I purchased a second one pad. It was only used a couple of times, and now when going to use it it too is leaking through the fabric!!! For the price this is ridiculous!

Works great for our ice therapy machine! Hits all the right spots whether it’s low back, hip or shoulder.

This product plus the cooler is highly recommended for after knee surgery. This product is of great quality and fit. Will definitely buy again if we need to replace another pad.

This was a replacement pad for my Ossur Cold Rush machine, as the other one started leaking. Apparently they have a limited life span. The new one is shaped a bit differently and actually works better.
