I don't know, but Beko fridge is the only product I've ever had where I've had queries about the handle - multiple times! I'm guessing the handle isn't quite sturdy enough. I replaced mine once after about five years, and I think the handle is weakening again after three more years. Having said all that, the fridge is great, love it!
