The book was well packaged and arrived promptly.

in my opinion, I think Lucifer is better than Sandman, and that is a very high hurdle, possibly because it moves along more and is a, more or less, continuous story, rather than being a new concept. The massive compilation itself is very well done. Excellent printing and binding. I have both Sandman and Lucifer in these huge bound sets, a bit hard on the wrist to hold though. I read these all when they came out originally (mid 80s onwards), they don’t age and warrant repeated reading/inspection, there is always something new to discover.

Please be aware the rating is nothing to do with Mike Careys amazing writing nor the series as a whole. I'm warning potential buyers that there could be a poorly printed batch out there. My copy arrived today and my initial delight at an Amazon packaged omnibus arriving in pristine condition was quickly destroyed. It appears someone at the print house done messed up badly. The binding on my copy is tight as you would hate to see. It appears to be stuck to the spine meaning, there is really bad gutter loss when reading parts of the book. I have been waiting for this book for months so to have to arrive like this is really disappointing. So buy carefully I've seen videos of other copies and this hasn't occurred on those. So it's a risk you are taking but DC's print quality control needs some reviewing Imo. Currently ruminating a return and new copy. Update on this. I'm reading the book now and the spine is losening slightly reducing the gutter loss. So I'm updated my score to now just reflect the quality of the books content and the excellent story contained in there.

Package came with care and prism condition. Carey’s Lucifer , anyone who wants to start ,won’t be disappointed. Omnibus spine is great till now.

Stunningly creative and unpredictable long story form narrative, superbly well written by Mike Carey. Aside from its compelling narrative, the artwork, mostly by Peter Gross and Ryan Kelly, is consistently fantastic and exciting. Highly recommended for fans of Gaiman's "The Sandman". 10/10

Habe das comic gebraucht gekauft, für einen guten Preis. Der comic ist super! Ich empfehle es ! Ich lese es gerade und bin wirklich fasziniert.

This is is not the tipical comic that you can read in your bed, both for the story, that its amazing and deeply interesting, but for the size of the book itself. It may seem expensive but it really worth it and in the end is chepaer that buy the differents numbers and in a high end format.
