They are very comfortable. Easy to get off and on. But if you need a shoe with more support for walking like a sneaker it does not have.

Shoes are stretchable and cool . It's a regular sole on shoe , casual wear, walking shoe . I wouldn't use this as a hiking shoe

Yes, breathable. Some kind of stretchable mesh. Wore them for 8 hours today and walked about three miles in 80F + temperature.Very lightweight. Will probably buy another pair in a different color .
