I was questioning if I should get the 24 in as it was a little cheaper, but I made the right decision. I bought it to roll on it vertically and it's the right lengthy for my needs. Know that it's fairly firm will will take some using to break it in.

I've had back pains and problems for a long time now. 1st off,this product did not solve all my back issues,BUT it did relieve some pain and popped my back in ways I can't do on my own. Great stretch tool and good for price,I'd recommend to anyone who works out or strecthes,or has back pain to try this out.

I bought the widest size available. And it is very generous! I recommend getting largest size (or longest roller). This way you have space on both sides for arms. I have other products by this brand and happy with all of them. Love this roller! It is very helpful for stretching my back. Roller is soft and light but doesn't have too much give which is what you want. I've been using it for a few weeks and it looks exactly the same, brand new. I feel it is really working and helping with back pain
