The product is good and I will continue to use HP cartridges and not buy off brands. But they sure are expensive.....

They are compatible with the HP, so that printer does not give me any issues due to ink. It is what it is :-)

Fast and courteous should something malfunction
Last week I ordered a box of the 4 colors for my printer. When I put in the new cartridges one of cartridges didn't work as expected. I put in for a new one. I sent the malfunctioning cartridge back yesterday and today my replacement came. I was extremely pleased with the fast and courteous exchange.
