Are the measurement call outs silkscreened onto the cylinder or are they raised?

They are printed, but they last much longer than the ones I get from our medical provider.

Wish I could answer with certainty, but I don’t recall anything saying what type of plastic was used. It looks and feels like number 5, but without a recycling code on the product(as far as I can see) I can’t be certain that it actually is number 5….

Do these have tips to seal them after use?

Yes, they do come with caps. They are very nice syringes and hold a lot.
