I went hiking during the summer in 100f temperatures. I felt a little cramp in my leg and took 2tablets with water right away and kept going. It effected fast and was able complete the double black trail in the heat. No taste, easy to swallow, affordable, and simple. I will buy it again. I devised them in 2 and put them in my front pocket on my backpack belt. Definitely recommend to put it in accessible places.

Good product and does the job. I wish the blister packs were a little easier to pop open but I am glad the aluminum portion does not tear off with pill as I take them while riding so I’d likely accidentally swallow it otherwise.

Note that the pills are very large, so you definetly need to drink water or have a gel to get it down properly. Overall good, but I wish the pills were a bit more spread apart to make it easier to cut individual blisters for runs.

Recommended to me by my running coach. Great to carry for endurance events. Easily swallowed with water. I used for the Fan Dance in summer and it kept cramp at bay - which when you are climbing a mountain twice is a real plus! Customer service is excellent - particularly liked the hand written note inside. The company is made up of people who actually do the events that these products are designed for - so they know what they are talking about. Would definitely use this product and company again.

Didn't want capsules but purchased last min and that's all I could get in time. Worked well. I opened capsules and emptied contents in my water bottle.

I was recommended these due to previously suffering cramp in my quads during a running ultra. Used this year for the same event. I didnt suffer the cramps but the conditions/training and nutrition were all completely different. What i would say is that i would continue to use these in the future as an insurance policy against cramps/lack of electrolytes however they are a large pill to swallow and the packaging is a bit of a pig whilst mid-run.
