Secure and safe.
Just what I was looking for. Easy to assemble. Strong product. Handle is sturdy with no wobbles. Non slip step is great. My partner has Parkinson’s and feels safe when stepping in/out of our shower.

Overall good item for the price, was delivered earlier than stated too
It is easy to put together. I am 71 with Arthritis in my fingers and I managed it with the tool provided. The none slip mat in the middle of the step is okay but I would like it to cover the whole step. When stepping down onto it I was holding the handle and the step started to tip up. I noticed straight away and modified how I was putting my weight onto the handle. It made getting out od the shower so much easier. Good item for the price, does the job just be careful not to put weight onto the handle as it is there to steady yourself not to take much weight.

Handy to help getting in the bath.
Delivered early, easy to assemble. The non-slip surface is great and I love the confidence the stability provides. I chose this one as it's not too high. I also use this outside my front door to help my disabled friend over my high doorstep when she visits.

Made without care!
This item is made without any care at all. Step pad wasn't even put on straight! We have had to cut down the handle so it could fit together. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this if you haven't the means to rectify the problems. Or better still don't bother.

Easy to make
I bought this for my elderly mother who had surgery and was struggling to get in and out of the bath. This is amazing it is sturdy and allows her to grab the handle as she steps in/out of the bath. Well worth the money

The handle feels a little wobbly and I'm concerned that the top will get mouldy (blue 'sandpaper') and peel (white stick-on non-laminate) but will serve the purpose I'm using it for (to help me get up to my bath transfer seat)
