My company strips and terminates 2 conductor #22 AWG Jacketed Cable in large quantities. I have purchased, and returned, many different types of wire strippers with problems ranging from to bulking and slow to use to damage to strands of wire due to the size of each strand .This ended when I purchased and tested the Weicon 51000007 Wire Strippers No. 7. Not only did I find this stripper to strip the jacket clean, but also on second strip of both #22 conductors, stripped them clean and evenly with little or no breakage of strands. Their wire stripper also improved our productivity and decreased user fatigue. I promptly purchased 3 more units to have as spares!

I use this for all sorts of wire size and all different types of wiring in automated industrial manufacturing applications. The only thing it has a problem stripping are the wires that have an industrial oil proof coating on them but I imagine that's not a problem most people will encounter and even then you just need to work it a couple times and it's fine. Overall I think it's a great product and one of the best I've used.

I think this is awesome

I own two of these and the blades have chips in them on both strippers. For a tool this expensive, the blades should be a much harder metal. I also experienced a lot of slippage when stripping solid conductor wires. What I mean by that is, the tool crimps down and the blades attempt to strip the wire, but just slide without stripping.

Hard to use and doesn't work very well, It keeps slipping andtakes several tries to strip the wire, and it's a little too big

Broke when using on tough insulation.

After a lot of toys - wire stripper I found something really working precisely. Its working for all my cables I have her in my lab. If the cable is too small than you simply put some of the same cables together and it's still working.

Acquistata da Warehouse deals, ora Amazon seconda mano. Arrivata comunque come nuova, solo senza la confezione. Funziona molto bene, fa solo un po' fatica sui cavi di sezione 10-16 mmq. Ottima anche su cavi bus, per i cavi di rete invece non va bene perché spellando la guaina esterna, mangia via anche quella delle singole coppie. Utile anche la lama di taglio inferiore, che è eccezionale. La plastica è di qualità, non si graffia facilmente anche in ambienti polverosi e l'utensile è molto resistente.
