Works well
Since we installed we have noticed a difference. Our water was so hard that we would always feel very dry and itchy after showering. Plus our hard water caused a lot of build up in my curly hair.We noticed that our skin is no longer dry and itchy and that there is little to no excess build up in my curly hair.Very happy with our purchase and would recommend and would repurchase.

Not what I had read in Reviews
I was so so excited about this item as I just moved from a place that had water softener to very hard waterI used it twice now, like it said I needed to run it actually a long time before charcoal black ran out of the filter.I didn't notice any difference in hair, lather of soap or anything "new" I thought maybe the water would feel lesshard at least.But no luck I am sure the filter does filter out some things, maybe most the things that are not wrong with my water in MN. But as for my hair and dry skin it didn't do any thing nor make the water feel any softer. Thankfully it was only 20.00 bucks, maybe if I get higher end filters for it I will have more luck.Bottom line: If you have other water issues its probably great if you have HARD water its not the answer sadly.

Great Product
I had ordered two of this units. One came in crack. Amazon is replacing the one them. I do love the product. But I recommend soak the filter in warm water for 20mins and then install into your shower head. then let the hot water run for another 2 mins. it did soften my water. BTW Im living in Northern New Jersey.

So far so good.
The filter was easy to install. I did notice that my hair has been softer and my skin no longer itches. I have only been using the filter for a short time and therefore I cannot comment on the durability of the filter.

I really, really like this water filter. It has made such amazing changes for my hair. I have naturally white/silver hair and I was getting "yellow" in it all the time no matter what shampoo I used. I installed it, which was so easy, and within a day, the yellow was gone from my hair. I highly recommend this product. My hair is also alot softer then it used to be.

Very pleased! Water quality is now great!
Easy to install. Has really softened the water, I can tell my hair is less frizzy and soft. That was the main reason I bought the shower filter. Additionally, my skin isn’t as dry either. I’m beyond pleased that the product performed better than I expected. I’m pleasantly surprised. Item arrived on time. I’m glad I was anxious to try it out. Replacement filter is also included. Great buy!

Water Filter Works
Female user states her hair is much more manageable with the use of the filter.Shower head end isn't lengthy enough to mount handheld shower head and hose. Need s nipple extender in order to use one brand of Water-Pik. Guess I can get what I need from the hardware store. Other wise all is good.
