Mini Torpedo, Black, 12"

This spike is awesome! Excellent quality, perfectly balanced/weighted. Throws better than expected. This is def not a toy and will do some serious damage. After using, I have decided to purchase a second.

Fun and stick well

A great thrower. Seems like it would be just as good in close range.

Ok this baby is a solid piece of steel dart. If thrown properly it will STICK into pretty much anything....if hitting off point it would damage said target (hee hee). Be very careful of the ricochet though.....it will fly without prejudice!! Can be used as a handheld, but I would add some grip tape on this if used in that fashion as these are smoooooth (good for throwing clean out of the hand). ENJOY!!!

This is a dangerous item. Even adults should be supervised. It is heavy and sharp. It will cause injury if you are not experienced and careful. Use at your own risk. Other than that, I have an undescribable time playing the my mini TORPEDO. It's going to take some time, but I think this is my favorite so far. I will update my review after I have had more time to spend with my mini TORPEDO. Cold rolled steel is not perfectly balanced. I can appreciate this. It gives each piece its own feel. After marking my palm side, I think this is my favorite throwing tool.

Gleich vorweg, das Teil (Mini Torpedo) macht Spaß und ich bereue den Kauf nicht. Die größere Variante gönne ich mir sicher auch noch. Es kommt aber immer darauf an, was man damit machen will (wie bei vielen Dingen). Mein Anspruch ist, etwas Spaß damit zu haben, im Garten auf Ziele werfen und mich freuen, wenn's mal "stecken bleibt" statt nur abzuprallen. Wer das Teil aber, wie in vielen You Tube Videos (u.a. von Cold Steel), zur Selbstverteidigung verwenden will, sollte sich vielleicht doch nach einer Alternative umsehen. Selbst die Wurf-Experten von Cold Steel brauchen bis zu 10 Würfe, bis das Teil im Holz stecken bleibt (bei konstanter Entfernung und stressfreier Situation). Wenn man nicht weiß, ob man dem Gegenüber nur die Nase bricht oder ihn tötet, weil das Teil im Kopf stecken bleibt, der ist, zumindest in Deutschland, mit diesem Teil schlecht beraten. Wem das "Brechen der Nase" reicht (so komisch das klingt), der kann auch einen Rollgabelschlüssel mit dem gleichen Gewicht nehmen (oder einen Hammer, etc.) und kommt nicht mit dem Gesetz in Konflikt. Zudem ist es als EDC eher ungeeignet.

Un pò grande.. Molto pesante e forse troppo caro per quel che è. Ho preso questa misura perchè quello più piccolo non sono riuscito più a trovarlo.. Riesco a lanciare molte cose ma questo devo ancora imparare, ho visto alcuni riescono facilmente, quindi sicuramente dipende da me. Per allenarsi richiede un bersaglio di legno fatto bene, ben fissato e massiccio (tipo da ascia), perchè ripeto è molto pesante, l'impatto sul bersaglio è forte, rumoroso, una tavola di legno spessa 6 cm alta 2 metri x 40 cm appoggiata al muro, riesce a farla cadere e i danni subiti dalla tavola sono gravi, quando va a segno! Non adatto in casa o in giardino, non è uno shuriken o un coltello da lancio!
