Can this be used to replace my factory amp that went out?

It worked very well for me and my set up.

I have a 24V system, can I use this amp with an 4 ohm load? (Same power as 12v/2 ohm)

I don't believe the internals will handle 24v of constant power

Would this work for 2x 120w 4ohm full range per channel in parallel (2ohm)? Or would it be under powering the speakers?

You would be extremely under-powering the speakers.

Just the amp, mounting screws, an adapter for the high level input, and a spare fuse 7.5amp. I would not recommend this amp to anyone using speakers above 20 watts as that is about the max output of this amp.
