First when it arrives it’s heavy. It’s mostly the packaging. After it’s out I was able to move it around and hang it by myself. It’s triple packed. Comes with some spare parts in case of a fitting breakage in transit. Mine arrived perfect. Makes a nice water sound. Goes through about a gallon every 2 days but I know that varies with humidity. Standard tan stones come with it, they just go in the tray that is removable. I used them as a base and added over them. Lighting is nice. The mirror its self is not 100% blacked out on the back. So any lights behind it will slightly show through. 2 heavy duty brackets come with it. I mounted it with 2 1/2” screws in studs. Left room where the brackets were so I can slide it left and right if needed. Morning bar is a solid piece of rectangle stock. Very easy to set in the brackets by yourself. Top comes off to access the lights and water slit. Had a slight issue with dry spots the first day. Had to brush the glass with the included brush. Once it was working right it continues to work right. Will know when you need to add water when you start seeing bubble coming down it. I set both my pumps at the lowest setting. It does occasionally make some small water drops, nothing that would ruin electronics or such. Happy with the purchase. It as fancy as a bubble wall or as colorful but very relaxing none the less. Company was great, they called after I purchased to go over my order with me. Think they sent it 2 day shipping. Arrived way earlier than I expected. I appreciate a company that checks in with you for shipping.

I bought this for an elderly lady at my church who wanted this and asked me to get it and install it for her. I was a little intimidated with how this heavy piece would stay on wall, but it was easy to mount on wall. what I don't like about it, is that it has 3 ac plugs, so you either have 3 wires running down wall to an outlet or you have to add an ac outlet in wall behind this waterfall and it has to be a 2 gang box because you need 3 outlets. they could easily wire the two pump motors together and only have 1 instead of two plugs then a single gang box would work. 1 plug for pumps. and 1 for led lights. this is nothing more than a mirror with a box at bottom to hold water and 2 pumps not deserving of the $1000 price tag! but it wasn't my money, and the Lady i put it in for loves it. it will look like crap if you don't add a new ac outlet in the wall and have all 3 wires running down to an outlet. I have electrical experience so I didn't need to hire an electrician to do this. they could easily eliminate one of the plugs, but that would require them to do more (easy) work before selling it, they choose to do nothing and leave it up to you to deal with the hassle of 3 plug wires and they don't tell you that it needs 3 plug in outlets either, you'll discover that when you get it. this is why I give it 3 stars. one simple design change would save us all time and money. and make installation much quicker and easier.

I love this product! We received it and it was packed so carefully. The instructions were easy to understand and it was assembled & hanging within 45 minutes.

Good Quality, well made waterfall, comes with extra spare parts. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me!
