great product, lightweight and balanced, easy to clean

This turner is the absolute best you can get in this size. I tried so many other tools to help with making something as simple as a egg omelet in a cast iron skillet. This one is the best by a big margin. It has just the right amount of flex to go under whatever your cooking yet can pick up a 3 egg omelet without bending and dropping it. The handle is just as good as any other Global product, a continuous piece of stainless steel that is easy to clean and feels so well balanced in the hand. I am surprised that I have so much to say about a relatively simple kitchen tool but this one is just so useful and functional that It has taken the place of so many other tools and does it all so well and with ease.

Best spatula we've ever purchased. Since we got it, we literally haven't used any others. We don't put it in the dishwasher nor do we leave it wet for too long, so can't speak about the rust issue. Ergonomic and elegant and highly functional. Although it is thin it is very sturdy. Use it for turning fish, omelette, pancake, and everything that needs turning!! We also have two of the global knives, and extremely pleased with both.

I love this flipper for eggs. Global kitchen tools are as good as their knives. 👍🏻

We had this fabulous little fish spat for a little over a month when we started to notice surface rust along the handle and neck! What a disappointment because up until that point we were using this for just about any cooking application you can imagine. It's definitely versatile, and its small size makes it easy to maneuver into small cooking spaces like stoves, etc. If you can stand to look at surface rust on a supposedly "stainless" steel product, it might be worth getting, but at the price global charges for this, it wasn't worth it and we returned it to amazon within our 30 day window.

I absolutely love this spatula. It is small and thin and flexible. Even though it is flexible, it is a lot sturdier than other flexible spatulas I have tried. I can wash it in the dishwasher. It feels good and well balanced in the hand. The handle is nice and easy to grip even with a slippery hand. I use it all the time now that I have forsworn plastic and non-stick utensils and cookware. Unfortunately it is terribly expensive. I also own the larger version (the fish spatula) and it is also good but I find this one more useful.
