The best quality around
I have tried Natures Well, This Health and Ecovitamins 500mg Black Seed Oil capsules in the last 8 months, and I can honestly say Natures Well is the best softgels out of the 3. Within a couple of months of taking the capsules, I noticed that my period pains have mostly faded to only very mild twinges, and for the first time in my adult life, my period is regular! I used to bleed for almost 2 weeks, and then get my period again after another 2 weeks. I had to take liquid iron supplement to keep my energy level up. But after taking these capsules, I finally had a whole month of break between 2 periods. I'm 41 this year. I wish I had discovered these capsules sooner!! I tried the other brands because they were cheaper for the same amount. I noticed that the colour of the capsules were much lighter compared to the dark capsules of Natures Well, and the annoying thing is, my period went back to how it was with 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and to top it off, my period pain got worse again. I am so annoyed. But at least I know now not to be swayed by cheaper alternatives. I'm going to continue buying Natures Well Black Seed Oil softgels and let's hope they don't increase the price anymore!
