It didn't work like it was suppose to

My daughter cannot get over this thing!!!! It works great, will charge up fast so you can take it anywhere, and works amazingly!. The only thing I wish this had was an enclosed reservoir for 2 reasons. 1: If the bubble solution sits in there too long and dries out, you have to scrub it out. 2: If it gets knocked over (it is surprisingly light-weight), all the solution dumps where it falls. I have found that emptying it after use eliminates problem 1. Just pour it into a cup and back into your bubble solution container when you finish. Otherwise it doesn't leak and the output is AMAZING! I might have a bubble party for grown ups soon, just because of this thing. Totally worth the price, and it has fallen several times since it arrived and it just keeps on working like a charm! Very robust! I love it, and I might get another. Great for gifts!

Update: contacted the seller about the issue and after a quick troubleshooting they were kind enough to send me a new bubble machine that arrived within 2 days. Thank you for excellent customer service!We really liked this bubble machine when we first used it. It made lots of bubbles which the kids loved. The second time we used it it wasn't making as much bubbles and when I looked at it I noticed that the air was only blowing out 1 opening rather than the 3 it has. It shouldn't stop working after only using it twice. Disappointed in this product.

The media could not be loaded. Update * 10/01/2020 had a replacement sent and couldn’t be any happier this machine is small but wow!!! You will be amaze with the amount of bubbles it delivers. First machine was great but after a year the wheel began to wear off and split but customer service was amazing and quick. You wouldn’t regret this machine is convenient, two modes and usb rechargeable. Amazing !!! I recommend 100%. Thank you

This bubble machine is awesome but sadly it stop working after 4 months. It would turn on then off right away. I reached out to the seller and they said they were unable to replace it because it was currently out of stock but they were willing to replace it for me once it restock. I noticed that it was in stock so I request for confirmation that I will be getting a replacement and they told me to reach out to Amazon as they are the ones that shipped it. Terrible customer services. They gave me the run around, said they would replace it then told me reach to Amazon and request for a refund. All I wanted was a replacement since it was still cover by warranty but they would not help me. BE AWARE.

I read a few other reviews that talked about it holding charge for a long time, but this is not rechargeable. It takes 4AA batteries. It blows out bubbles really good and really fast so it goes through a small bottle of bubbles in less than 30 mins. It would be nice if it had a couple different speeds so it didn't use so much bubble solution at one time. This is good for outside time with kids, but not to set up for continuous bubbles at like a party or event, unless you want to be running back to fill it up constantly.

this little thing cranks out the so many bubbles. one jar of soap bubble solution lasts about 30 min. so you can go through a lot of solution fast. batteries last at least an hour. best to hang this gizmo from a tree branch out of the reach of the small kids. This would likely break if dropped a few times.

The media could not be loaded. I love this bubble machine. It’s very sturdy and cheep, smaller than I expected but I’m still glad I decided to buy it. Bubbles are a little low but you can always put it on a chair, table or just hang it up. I ran out of bubbles very quickly because I use it so much so I recommend getting a gallon of bubbles so you’re able to last for a long time. I recommend bubble play bubble solution it has good quality bubbles by the way. Overall I am very glad I bought this bubble machine please consider buying it. Here are some pictures.
