So far so good
Very pleased this fan as power and clears the room of condensation. The over-run setting is brilliant the fan stays on after you turn the light off and leave the room mine stays on for 15mins but you can set to what you require.

Great fan, highly recommend, good air flow and easy to fit with simple DIY skills

Powerful extractor
The extractor itself is decent power, we have it connected to 2 extraction vents, one above the shower and one above the toilet and bath area. The extraction rate is good and we get no condensation. The unit is louder in the bathroom than it is in the loft despite me mounting it on a rubber pad. There is no way to cable this is with standard T&E and have a functioning timer function which is a bit disappointing but due to the power of the unit you can turn it off pretty much as soon as you've finished. The one way flap is junk, the spring was broken on one side of the one I was sent, the other didn't have enough resistance to return the flap regardless of orientation. I sorted the anti draught in an alternative way and it's not the fault of the extractor, just the cheap additional part that is "thrown in"

Nice Fan
Great strong fan. Bought to replace n identical model which has stopped wkrkong, easy to fit and wire up. Over run time can be adjusted as can the fan strength. Louder than a standard fan, but this is to be expected, not too loud at all.

Bought this MF100T in-Line Extractor Fan to replace a worn out 14 year old Manrose unit.
Bought this MF100T in-Line Extractor Fan to replace a worn out 14 year old Manrose unit. Was able to use existing bracket and its associated extractor ducting couplings. Note the timing board is different from the older Manrose units. Works brilliantly. One issue was that the in-Line Back Draught Shutter unit diameter was to small. This unit could not be fitted to the ducting couplings that came with the new unit or onto the existing 100mm ducting

Great at sucking
Has left the bathroom significantly drier than the old smaller extractor fan. Relatively easy to install would be good to have a rough scale on the timer for adjustments.

Very nice bit of kit
We replaced the bathroom extractor fan and found this replacement to be much better and more solid than previous one. Works well, very powerful! Not difficult to install, you can adjust timer, as well.

Excellent but rather noisy. Needs mounting on an anti vibration mat.
