Good quality
Love this hat, ordered quarter size big and added sweat bands to obtain a great fit, good quality just would like to have a liner.

Way too big, size accuracy is off
If this hat was true to size and fit, I would rate it five stars. Unfortunately it was at least 2 sizes too big though I ordered my usual size that I’ve reliably worn for many years. If I leaned forward, it would fall off and there is at least a quarter inch gap when I try this on. Other than that, it is a well constructed and beautiful hat that I would have liked to keep, but I had to return.

Arrived Stained and Poor Quality
I was very disappointed with this purchase. The hat arrived with a visible stain and the overall quality was far below what was advertised. The material feels cheap and plastic-like, and it does not match the product photos or description. To make matters worse, I had to go through the return process for an item that arrived in unacceptable condition. I even had to spend additional money on packaging and printing to return it. I would not recommend this product. The quality does not justify the price, and the item I received was defective upon arrival.

Not as described
Product not as per description. Not delivered in Stetson box, but in normal box with paper as support. No felt inner liner and product mishaped. Cheap imitation bamboo material and not wool as described. Not branded as desribed. Not recommended.

Fue una decepción la calidad que esperaba de RESISTOL… no cumplió mis expectativas… el tafilete no es de piel, no tiene forro interior, su toquilla muy pobre… su material muy burdo… hay mejores sombreros mexicanos a mejor precio… no vuelvo a comprar sombreros en Amazon
