Q: Does it come with a lens cover?

No but I bought a flip up cover for mine. It does come with a carry pouch.

Q: What is the eye relief (for someone who wears glasses)?

Eye relief for the 8x36 is 18mm, which is probably the best choice for someone wearing glasses (and the reason I chose that particular model)

Q: Does this monocular have an "infinity"? i.e. is there a distance beyond which you no longer have to focus? If so, how far out is it?

I focused mine at 100 yards and anything further is in focus. I have viewed items at a closer distance, say to 25 yards, and it is still in focus. Hope this helps.
